As a platform for power energy allocation in China,power grid is also an infrastructure in China.Therefore,the scale of its engineering construction is relatively large,and it can have a profound impact on social development.In recent years,China’s power grid construction has taken on a leapfrog development path,and its quality problems have become prominent in the construction work.As we know,the construction quality and manufacturing level of power grid directly have a great impact on the development of power grid,and it is also a key tool to link enterprises’ economic benefits,as well as enterprises’ brand and image.In this subject,the author mainly takes the quality management of power transmission and transformation project as the analysis object.Through the analysis of the prominent problems existing in the current engineering construction,the application of the quality lean management mode to the quality management system of the 500 kV power transmission and transformation project in nancai is proposed,which can be used as the learning material for other grid enterprises.By referring to the literature research results on the quality management of power transmission and transformation projects in China and overseas countries,the author obtained the research results of this project in China and overseas countries.At the same time,this paper summarizes the theory of engineering quality management and quality lean management,and expounds the characteristics,principles and process of the two quality management modes respectively.In this paper,the concept of power transmission and transformation engineering is simply defined,and its multiple stages are subdivided,the basic features and influencing factors of current quality management are extracted,and the existing problems of power transmission and transformation engineering quality management are analyzed from the four aspects of equipment,design,personnel and quality.This paper puts forward the lean management concept of transmission and transformation engineering,introduces its management objectives,principles and contents,and constructs the management system framework of lean management of transmission and transformation engineering quality.In this paper,Nancai 500 kV power transmission and transformation project is analyzed as a case.In the process of engineering construction,by introducing the quality lean management mode,the project quality of each stage can be effectively improved,which has positive practical significance for the high quality operation of power grid project,and the research results are remarkable.At the end of the paper,the author analyzed the lean management mode of transmission and transformation engineering quality by using the systematic perspective and the whole supply chain perspective,and then put forward a new idea for carrying out the quality management of transmission and transformation project. |
