| Township planning is an indispensable part of my country’s overall urban planning.In the context of my country’s accelerating urbanization process,township planning and management have also exposed many problems.The current township construction has a certain way out of the previously planned township master plan.There are many difficulties in the implementation of the master plan.In order to solve these difficulties,it is necessary to have a fundamental and comprehensive understanding of the implementation of the master plan.It is imperative to plan and implement evaluation.This article takes Huangtu Town,Mianyang City,Sichuan Province as an example,to explore the content and methods of the implementation of the overall planning of the township,hoping to provide certain reference value for the planning and construction of Huangtu Town.This article is mainly divided into six parts to expound: Chapter One explains the background,significance,content of this research,and sorts out the research situation at home and abroad.The second chapter elaborates on the evaluation process of township planning and construction implementation,evaluation thoughts,and township planning and construction implementation evaluation system,which lays the theoretical foundation for the following research of this article.Chapter 3,based on the "Law of the People’s Republic of China on Urban and Rural Planning","Regulations on Urban and Rural Planning of Sichuan Province," and other laws and regulations,as well as technical regulations for the preparation of town master plans,a more scientific and complete evaluation index system for the implementation of township master plans has been established In this system,the main content of the overall planning of the township is fully included,and the weights of indicators and the scoring standards are assigned by the method of probability statistics and expert consultation.Chapter 4,Chapter 4 and Chapter 5 are the implementation evaluation of the overall plan of Huangtu Town in Mianyang City and the recommendations after the evaluation.Huangtu Town is evaluated from two aspects: the conformity evaluation of the plan implementation and the implementation technology and mechanism policy guarantee of the plan.Implementation of the overall plan.Based on this,constructive opinions were put forward from three aspects: thinking on the evaluation conclusion,suggestions on the next round of planning,and suggestions on the implementation of the plan.The sixth chapter is a summary of the main conclusions of this article and explains the shortcomings in the implementation of the overall plan of Huangtu Town. |
