| In recent years, cases of children with cerebral palsy in rehabilitation medicine have been increasing year by year.Hand function damage caused by cerebral palsy prompts children to have motion symptoms such as inflexible fingers and weak hand joints, which seriously affects children’s growth. At present, our country vigorously supports rehabilitation medical engineering, but because the rehabilitation medical system is still in the developing stage, there is still a big gap with foreign countries, resulting in a single use of hand training products for children with cerebral palsy, the form is dull, research only stays on product functional training. At present, most products are universal for patients. There are no special children’s training products for children. The user experience of children is poor, and the training products lack interactivity and human touch. In the long-term boring treatment process, the patient is full of tactile attitude towards training, which reduces the quality of rehabilitation. The introduction of gamification into the product design of hand function training for children with mild cerebral palsy aims to find a more suitable training method for the hand training of children with cerebral palsy through gamification design, which is different from traditional training methods. From the perspective of mining the real needs of users, discuss the application methods and value of gamification in training products,so as to summarize design strategies and guide practice.Give full play to the unique advantages of gamification, optimize the gamification training experience of children with cerebral palsy, enhance the fun and interaction, transform the training from passive to active, and complete the training goals. The product ultimately meets the hand function training needs of children with cerebral palsy. This article mainly studies and discusses the design of hand function training products for children with cerebral palsy on the basis of gamification theory.First, through literature and secondary data research, combing and researching the related theories of gamification and cerebral palsy, and analyzing relevant examples of gamification hand function training products, pointing out the deficiencies of existing products, future development trends, and innovations.Secondly, conduct user analysis on the group of children with cerebral palsy, use second-hand data research, qualitative and quantitative research, etc.to deeply understand the problems of children with cerebral palsy in the hand training process, explore the needs, and summarize from the three aspects of behavioral motivation, behavioral ability, and trigger mechanism.Develop demand regulations and corresponding solutions. Then, based on the previous gamification-related theories and user needs, combined with user experience elements to build a gamified hand function training product design strategy model for children with cerebral palsy, that is,motivation layer, structural layer, and performance layer, and propose the corresponding design for each level Strategy. Finally,by ranking the weights of strategies and guiding the design practice, the design is designed to optimize the user experience of hand training for children with mild cerebral palsy, improve the efficiency of children’s training, and enhance children’s attention, and produce a combination of soft and hard gamified hand functions of children with cerebral palsy.Training products. Finally, through offline usability tests and Likert scale questionnaire surveys, the feasibility of applying gamification to hand training products for children with mild cerebral palsy was verified, and good feedback was obtained. |
