| As an important means of transportation in China,railway has the advantages of large transportation capacity,low transportation cost and little impact from climate change.With the continuous development of the national railway industry,the state pays more attention to the construction of rail transit in the western region,and has successively started the construction of Qinghai Tibet Railway and Sichuan Tibet railway.In the process of railway implementation,the choice of station location is of great significance to the regional politics and economy along the railway,It is not only related to the direction of railway line,but also directly affects the construction cost and construction period.Qamdo city is located at the junction of Tibet,Sichuan,Qinghai and Yunnan provinces.It is an important gateway for Tibet to integrate into the "One Belt And One Road" and the development of the Yangtze river economic belt,and an important hub connecting the global market.Constrained by the natural environment,Qamdo is surrounded by mountains on all sides and divided by the valley along the Lancang River.It is a typical banded city.The shortage of available land in the city and the low level of urban roads leads to traffic congestion,which seriously restricts the urban development.As the intermediate station of Sichuan-Tibet Railway,Qamdo Station,based on the site selection of TOD mode,can improve the urban regional layout,efficiently develop and utilize the land,and further relieve the urban traffic pressure through early reasonable planning,which is of great significance to the sustainable economic and social development of Qamdo city.The main work of the paper includes:(1)The theoretical knowledge of domestic and foreign scholars about station location and the applicability and advantages and disadvantages of various location methods are summarized.(2)The concept of railway station,combs the TOD related knowledge is expound and the methods and steps of station location based on TOD concept are summarized.(3)According to the characteristics of TOD mode station hub site selection,combined with the current mainstream station site selection factors,the evaluation factors are selected from the five aspects of economy,convenience,coordination,technology and demand,and the evaluation index system of railway station site selection is constructed.(4)Combined with the established evaluation index system,the entropy method is used to determine the weight of evaluation factors,TOPSIS method is used for comprehensive evaluation,and the evaluation system is established to obtain the optimal site scheme.(5)The site of Qamdo Station of Sichuan-Tibet Railway is selected as an example,and the scheme selection is carried out by using the entropy weight TOPSIS method.Through the comprehensive evaluation of different schemes,the optimal site selection scheme is obtained,and the feasibility of the model and algorithm is verified. |
