With the deepening of China’s marine strategy in the new era,amphibious assault ships have become an important force for marine equipment delivery and amphibious operations.In the delivery process,the quality of vehicle equipment arrangement scheme directly affects the delivery time and efficiency,How to quickly generate the corresponding ship vehicle arrangement scheme under the condition of meeting the requirements of multiple targets of maritime force delivery has important practical significance for realizing efficient maritime force delivery.In order to meet the multi-objective requirements of marine force delivery for vehicle equipment arrangement scheme and the optimal solution of vehicle arrangement scheme,based on the development of multi-objective ship vehicle arrangement software prototype system,this paper constructs a multi-objective vehicle deployment scheme evaluation model,and designs a nested hybrid particle swarm optimization algorithm to solve the multi-objective vehicle deployment problem,and makes the rapid solution of multi-objective vehicle arrangement optimization scheme realized.The specific research work is as follows:Firstly,this paper summarizes the research status of vehicle arrangement problem,multi-objective evaluation method and multi-objective optimization problem at home and abroad.Through the analysis of the characteristics,requirements,key and difficult points of vehicle equipment arrangement problem,each evaluation index of vehicle arrangement scheme is determined,and the overall research framework of multi-objective vehicle arrangement problem is designed.Secondly,the evaluation model of multi-objective vehicle arrangement scheme based on Entropy TOPSIS is constructed.On the basis of considering the overturning moment borne by the cabin deck,Lane Utilization and the maximum dispatch completion time of vehicle equipment,the multi-objective vehicle arrangement model and the calculation model of evaluation index are established.The evaluation index is weighted by entropy method,and then the schemes are sorted and optimized in combination with TOPSIS,which lays a foundation for solving the multi-obj ective vehicle arrangement optimization problem.Then,for the multi-objective ship vehicle arrangement problem,a nested hybrid particle swarm optimization algorithm is designed.The heuristic particle swarm optimization algorithm with tabu search is used to solve the vehicle lane allocation problem in the outer layer to realize the Lane Allocation of various types of vehicles.The adaptive particle swarm optimization algorithm based on Multi Strategy fusion is used to comprehensively evaluate the vehicle arrangement scheme,and the scheme data and evaluation indexes are fed back to the outer algorithm to realize the collaborative optimization of the inner and outer algorithms.Finally,in order to solve the problem of ship vehicle arrangement with multiple evaluation indexes,a multi-objective ship vehicle arrangement prototype system is developed by combining the multi-objective vehicle arrangement scheme evaluation model based on Entropy TOPSIS and nested optimization algorithm.The feasibility and effectiveness of the multi-objective vehicle arrangement optimization algorithm are verified by a case.
