| Nowadays,with the increasingly severe situation of global trade and the drastic fluctuation of oil price,the living space of shipping enterprises is shrinking day by day.In order to gain an advantage in international competition and obtain higher benefits,many shipping enterprises gradually attach importance to human resource management.As the first resource of shipping enterprises,human resources are more important because they are related to the survival of enterprises.In human resource management,incentive mechanism plays a crucial role.It can correctly guide the behavioral motivation of enterprise employees,so that they can meet their own needs while achieving the established goals of the enterprise.In this way,employees can always maintain their enthusiasm and creativity for work and create more benefits for the enterprise.However,in many shipping enterprises,the incentive mechanism and consciousness are weak,the incentive system design is too single or lack of flexibility,the actual effect of incentive is not very ideal and so on.These problems restrict the economic development of shipping enterprises to a large extent.Therefore,how to build a scientific,reasonable and efficient incentive system to maximize the innovation and enthusiasm of employees is the core content of the development of shipping enterprises.This provides the theoretical significance and the practical necessity for this research.Based on the 7S shipping company as the carrier,through the literature study method combing the domestic and foreign related to enterprise incentive theory and concepts,using questionnaire and interview survey methods such as employees of 7S shipping companies extrinsic motivation,intrinsic motivation,the enterprise culture incentive in many ways,such as empirical investigation and study,and then through the empirical survey data of 7 s shipping enterprises,analyzing the present situation and problems of the incentive system of dissected from the system,the incentive management then to questions one by one to take effective optimization measures to solve the problem of enterprise current incentive.At the same time,also for the enterprise to implement the incentive optimization measures to support the relevant safeguard measures and measures after the initial implementation of the effect of the evaluation.According to this method,we hope to solve the problem of employee incentive for 7S shipping enterprises,improve the implementation effect of incentive mechanism,and improve the market competitiveness of enterprises. |
