With the promoting of global industrialization progresses,the globalization of the economy has brought about a global energy shortage after entering the 21 st century.As one of the fastest growing countries,China has also been in the trouble of the energy crisis.It can be sure that the energy problem will become a major constraint factor in the sustainable development of China's economy.In this context,the development and utilization of new energy has undoubtedly become an important issue in the new era.As an important member of new energy,in these years,the photovoltaic power plants have increased like bamboo shoots after rain,which owes to a series of supportive policies resulting from national energy restructuring like the Golden Sun demonstration project.In our country,the photovoltaic power plants installed capacity reaches to 166.7gw by the end of December 2018,including ground photovoltaic power station's 119.18 gw and distributed photovoltaic power station's 48.52 gw.In the early years,all the enterprises owing to the construction and operation of photovoltaic power station basically were large enterprises like china energy conservation and environmental protection group.With the increasing market demand of photovoltaic power industry,Some excellent local small and medium-sized enterprises also appeared.As an medium-sized photovoltaic enterprise,Qingdao Sinoesco Energy Technology Co.,Ltd also constructed the distributed photovoltaic power stations.By the end of April 2019,it constructed 71.5MW of distributed photovoltaic power station,which distributes in Qingdao six major urban areas such as Huangdao District and West Coast New District.As things stand,the construction of photovoltaic power plants in China is still in the exploratory stage,Management experience and technology of the operation of photovoltaic power plants is not very consummate.The future operation and management of photovoltaic power station will face a severe test with the scale of construction continues to expand and the uncertainty about the future,which makes the operation of photovoltaic power plants unavoidable some risks,which has a certain negative impact on the construction and sustainable development of photovoltaic power plants in China,but also has a great impact on the trend of China's energy development and energy supply structure.It is also for this reason that it is of great significance for the healthy and safe sustainable development of the industry to explore in-depth the construction and operation of photovoltaic power plants,to conduct in-depth research on their risks,and then to identify risk points and problems for the sake of studying the corresponding risk management methods.Based on this,the study about risk management of photovoltaic power plants adopts firstly documentation method,then case analysis,and finally interdisciplinary analysis.This paper taking Qingdao Sinoesco Energy Photovoltaic Power Station as the research object,using the knowledge and related theories that I got,explore the integral operating risk of photovoltaic power plants.This paper take the distributed power station as beginning,based on many research literatures.The risk analysis includes National policy risk,financial risk,project security risk,technical risk,and daily operational risk.Based on the risk of Qingdao Sinoesco Energy Photovoltaic Power Station found in the study,the analysis explores effective risk management model of distributed photovoltaic power station in many ways for the safe operation of photovoltaic power station,and provide support for the effective development of the industry.The purpose is to get the Most efficient and reproducible operational management approach about distributed photovoltaic power station.The industry is one of the emerging industries.As one of the most potential new energy,the development time of the industry is relatively short.There's a gap for forming a maturing management model of photovoltaic power plants because that It has not so much available experience.this paper takes Qingdao Sinoesco Energy Photovoltaic Power Station as the research object,analyses the risk problems in its operation,and then puts forward corresponding risk management countermeasures and optimizes the operating management model,hoping to provide reasonable help and suggestions for the safe operation of distributed photovoltaic power station even all the photovoltaic power station,and provide support for the effective development of the industry.
