Study On Outdoor Landscape Evaluation Of Three Office Areas In Beijing

According to the needs of the outdoor landscape users of the office area,this paper combines the characteristics and principles of the outdoor landscape of the office area,and through the construction of an office area outdoor landscape evaluation system,the outdoor landscape of the three office areas of Wangjing SOHO,Jingdong Headquarters,and Jianwai SOHO are used as the evaluation research.The object,from the overall landscape,plants,water features,structures and sketches,facilities,roads to investigate and evaluate the outdoor landscape of the three office areas of Wangjing SOHO,Jingdong Headquarters,and Jianwai SOHO,aiming at the existence of outdoor landscapes in the three office areas The question proposes a promotion strategy.The results of the study are as follows:(1)Use the AHP analytic method to construct the outdoor landscape evaluation system of the office area,and obtain the weight value of the criterion layer and the index layer.The weight value of the criterion layer is ranked as follows: overall landscape(0.29602)>plants(0.29307)>structures and small facilities(0.14465))>Road(0.13419)>Waterscape 0.13207,which indicates that the overall landscape has the greatest impact on the outdoor landscape evaluation of the office area,followed by plants,and the least impact is on roads.The order of each index layer is: ecological benefit(0.10409)>ecological(0.08804)>growth(0.08460)>landscape form(0.07865)>functionality(0.05944)>diversity(0.05797)>community richness(0.05523)> Landscape layout(0.05479)>Directivity(0.05030)>Safety(0.04658)>Landscape beauty(0.04372)>Artistic(0.04150)>Landscape coordination(0.03879)>Water quality(0.03187)>Humanistic landscape richness(0.03141)>Comfort(0.02497),cultural(0.02613)>color and season(0.02465)>locality(0.02447)>level richness(0.02202)>richness(0.01894)>texture(0.01835).(2)Based on the above office area outdoor landscape evaluation system,the outdoor landscape of Wangjing SOHO,Jingdong Headquarters,and Jianwai SOHO were evaluated.The results showed: Jingdong Headquarters Park Landscape(0.62429)> Wangjing SOHO Outdoor Landscape(0.62025)> Jianwai SOHO Outdoor landscape(0.08391),indicating that the users of the outdoor landscape of the three office areas are satisfied with the landscape of Jingdong Headquarters Park and the outdoor landscape of Wangjing SOHO,but are not satisfied with the outdoor landscape of Jianwai SOHO.(3)A comparative study on the differences and indicators of the outdoor landscapes of Wangjing SOHO,Jingdong Headquarters,and Jianwai SOHO.The results show that the plants in the Wangjing SOHO outdoor landscape are in good overall condition,and the overall landscape of the landscape is beautiful and ecologically strong.The waterscape indicators are better than those of the Jingdong Headquarters Park.Participants pay less attention to the texture of the road;the Jingdong Headquarters Park and the Wangjing SOHO outdoor landscape are in sharp contrast in form,which is more favored by the evaluators,and the plant status is better.Good,the overall landscape is more ecological,rich in cultural landscapes,and low in attention to the texture of the roads.In contrast,Jianwai SOHO outdoor landscape has many problems,and the scores of all evaluation indicators are relatively low.(4)Wangjing SOHO outdoor landscape can increase spring flowers and humanized facilities;the landscape of Jingdong Headquarters Park can be adjusted correspondingly in the size of some stools,while improving the landscape effect of the cherry blossom tree array;Jianwai SOHO outdoor landscape has more problems Many,need to improve the level and types of plants,enhance the plaza landscape effect,and introduce intelligent facilities.(5)The outdoor landscape design of the office area needs to fully grasp the needs of users,which is the basic quality of contemporary landscape architects.At the same time,you can try to treat office landscape design as a category in landscape design,which makes it easier to form a systematic study,so that office landscape can better serve the development of the city.(6)In the future,the outdoor landscape of the office area should be supported by the concept of sustainable development,and develop into a more energy-saving,environmentally friendly,green ecology,and intelligent technology garden office landscape.
