With developments and constructions of urban agglomerations in China,rail transit has achieved leapfrog development,and the operation mode has also changed from a relatively single independent operation management type to a multi-mode integrated operation management type.The operation mode is gradually forming a regional rail transit system to serve urban agglomerations.The operation of the rail transit system involves many departments with complicated personnel,equipment and organizational processes,and is limited by the spatial layout and high passenger flow density.Further,the rail transit system is affected by emergency events in the daily operation process,resulting in emergency passenger flow,which often leads to localized congestion,low transportation efficiency,and even loss of transportation capacity in transportation networks.The rapid transportation of passenger flow has become a critical problem that must be dealt with in regional rail transit operations.Improving the coordination among rail transit modes is a necessary prerequisite in dealing with emergencies and realizing rapid transportation of passenger flow under emergency events.It is critical for the development of emergency transportation organization theory to study the multi-mode collaborative transportation organization method of emergency passenger flow under the regional rail transit system,and it is of great significance to improve the emergency handling capacity of the regional rail transit system.This paper systematically explores and puts forward the emergency collaborative transportation organization method system of regional rail transit,Specifically,focusing on passenger flow transportation under emergency events,this paper proposes the backbone of the collaborative transportation model of emergency passenger flow,which consists of emergency collaborative response,operation plan of collaborative transportation train and collaborative transportation organization strategy of passenger flow.The specific contents are as follows:(1)The types of emergency events in rail transit are classified according to the types of emergency events,and emergency states are sorted and characterized according to the relationship between supply and demand of rail transit capacity.According to the hierarchy and characteristics of the regional rail transit system,the types of emergency passenger flow scenes are defined.Moreover,this paper analyze the emergency event process,the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics and travel characteristics of the emergency passenger flow in rail transit system.Referring to the existing emergency response,disposal mechanism and process of rail transit,by combining with the characteristics of the regional rail transit system,this paper innovatively puts forward the regional rail transit emergency coordination linkage mechanism,and forms a strategy system of collaborative emergency transportation organization method in regional rail transit under emergency event.(2)Based on the strategy system of collaborative emergency transportation organization method in regional rail transit,a collaborative transportation model of emergency passenger flow in regional rail transit is constructed aiming at the operation status of urban rail transit and intercity trunk railway subsystems in the regional rail transit system.According to the number of"intersecting"stations,the line position relationship is divided and the cooperative transportation mode is analyzed.This paper quantitatively analyzes the characteristics of passenger flow and rail transit operation in emergency areas,and puts forward the process of judging the demand for transportation based on the relationship between supply and demand.With the goal of the highest coordination degree between the supply and demand of train capacity in the period&zone and the lowest cost of collaborative transportation trains,and with the constraints of the line carrying capacity,transportation demand,occupancy limit of train running intersection,and safety threshold of load proportion in emergency state,a collaborative transportation model for optimization of two rail transit modes is constructed.A weight factor ω_i is introduced into the multi-objective model to construct a fitness function,and then the model is solved by the genetic algorithm.(3)The timing chart of emergency passenger flow transportation in regional rail transit is constructed,and the mechanism collaborative transportation organization of emergency passenger flow is expounded,and then the influencing factors in the process of transportation are analyzed.From the two stages of passengers’travel planning and travel process,this paper puts forward the strategies of differentiation ticket organization and station passenger flow guidance.The analysis and evaluation system of station technology and equipment conditions is put forward from two aspects of the coordination degree on operation organization and facility equipment.The improvement suggestions are put forward from three aspects of staff organization,passenger flow organization process and equipment application innovation.(4)The Chengdu-Chongqing high-speed railway and Chongqing Rail Transit Line 1 are chosen as the experiment testbase.Taking the emergency events and state of adopting epidemic prevention measures in rail transit under the situation of COVID-19 as the background,this paper analyzes the collaborative mode and operation characteristics of the two rail transit lines.Moreover,this paper solves the operation scheme of short-turn routing trains running on Chengdu-Chongqing high speed railway along Chongqing Rail Transit Line 1 under epidemic prevention and control measures.The example shows that the scheme with intercity train participating reduces the transportation cost by 3.58%,and the trains capacity of the transportation scheme increase 9.5%,compared with the single urban rail transit scheme of passenger flow transportation.Moreover,the collaborative transportation scheme with intercity train participating can better adapt to the full load rate requirements under the epidemic prevention and control measures.This collaborative transportation scheme can better capture the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of passenger flow,and effectively exert the transportation capacity of trains in the transportation process.Based on the results of the experimental test,the paper further puts forward the measures and suggestions for the transportation organization according to the actual operation of the station. |
