With the development of China's urban rail transit industry,the network operation mode of rail transit in major cities has been preliminarily formed.Under the new development situation,the attraction of urban rail transit to the passenger flow and the passenger flow partaking rates in public transportation are obviously rising,and the contradiction between the supply and demand of the road network is increasingly deepened.This paper mainly studies how the operation managers adopt the scientific and effective analytical method to establish the network collaborative flow control scheme,and provide valuable reference for the operation and management of urban rail transit network.First of all,the operation characteristics of urban rail transit network are analyzed from three aspects: urban rail transit network structure,passenger flow transmission characteristics and network supply and demand characteristics.At the same time,it is pointed out that the contradiction between supply and demand of urban rail transit,and studied the main factors influencing the urban rail transit network service ability including train running parameters,station facilities,passenger flow organization after analyzing the demand characteristics of subway passengers in time and space in China.Secondly,the basic theory of urban rail transit network is studied;the definition,necessity and principle of collaborative flow-limiting are sorted out.In addition,this paper studies the internal synergistic mechanism and points out the key steps of the collaborative limiting flow of urban rail transit networks based on the collaborative management theory.Next,the network collaborative passenger flow control model of urban rail transit was established which consider the factors such as passenger demand constraints,interval capacity constraints,transfer constraints,station capacity and capacity constraints.The goal of the model is to minimize the average delay time and capacity utilization of road network passengers.Aiming at the multi-objective programming model constructed in this paper,MATLAB optimization software is adopted to solve the problem.Finally,a case study was conducted on the actual situation of passenger flow during the morning rush hour(7:00-9:00)of Chengdu metro in January 2018.This paper makes a detailed flow control scheme from the angle of network traffic control.The proposed scheme of urban rail transit network is in line with the actual situation.
