With the explosive development of urban rail transit,citizens' passengers are more and more dependent on rail transit,and there are more and more large-scale cultural and commercial activities.Large-scale passenger flow and sudden passenger flow generated by urban rail transit are distributed to the station.At the same time that operational organizations bring pressure and challenges,security risks also arise.Therefore,the large-scale streamline network transportation organization scheme based on "line,network" and the station management method based on "point" are the top priority of urban rail transit operation.This paper aims to analyze the space-time characteristics of various types of large passenger flows,and deeply study the line transportation organization plan and station operation organization method,in order to construct a theoretical technology system to provide support for operational decision-making.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Analyze the definition and classification of large passenger flow,study its temporal and spatial characteristics and network propagation characteristics;Analyze the formation process of large passenger flow,and propose the identification basis and management ideas of large passenger flow.(2)Combined with the space-time characteristics of large passenger flow,the relationship between transportation organization scheme and large passenger flow is studied,and the formulation and adjustment methods of full-day driving plan,train crossing and stopping plan are analyzed one by one.At the same time,on the basis of practice,a high-density driving adjustment method is proposed to solve the problem of late transmission of the following vehicles in the case of ultra-short driving intervals.(3)This paper analyzes the influencing factors of the station's maximum dissolving capacity,proposes the optimization idea of the station's maximum dissolving capacity,studies the principles and types of station passenger flow organization,and proposes the specific method of station three-level passenger flow control.From the aspects of optimizing the passenger flow stream,improving the passenger flow guidance and adjusting the bottleneck of the station,the large passenger flow organization measures for the intermediate station and the hub station are proposed respectively.Finally,the design proposal of “operational front-end” was put forward to solve the bottleneckproblem of large passenger flow from the source.(4)Based on the in-depth analysis of the passenger flow of Shenzhen Metro Line,the method of adjusting the organization of large passenger flow is studied for the No.3line with the highest congestion and the old station with the largest passenger flow.According to the passenger flow characteristics of time-division section,based on the station capacity,the transportation organization optimization adjustment plan and the station passenger flow organization management measures are proposed respectively.
