Research On Strategis Of Rural Renewal In The Cold Region Under The Background Of Tourism Transformation

Due to the constant changes in people's production and living patterns,the rural renewal itself has been ongoing,or urgent or slow.In the midst of rapid changes,blind mutations that lack theoretical guidance will cause irreversible damage to rural settlements.In recent years,in the face of rural economic and industrial transformation,the state has introduced a number of policies to support tourism-type villages and towns.Rural tourism has become an inevitable path and main direction for building beautiful villages.Compared with the tourism construction in the southern villages,the cold rural areas started late,most of the villagers spontaneously carried out the reconstruction of villages and houses,lacking theoretical guidance.In addition,due to the differences in economy,climate and living habits,rural reforms in China's severe cold regions are also faced with certain Restricted.Therefore,how to establish a foothold in the cold land,pay attention to the renewal and development of the cold countryside in the context of tourism transformation is the subject of urgent research and resolution.This article is divided into four chapters to discuss:The first chapter expounds the definition of relevant background and research content,determines the purpose and significance of the research,summarizes the research status of relevant research and practice at home and abroad,and formulates the framework and method of research.The second chapter says that through the analysis of the elements of tourism renewal in cold regions,the rural renewal is divided into the middle and micro level;the overview of tourism resources in the cold rural areas and the pre-planning guidance of rural tourism are summarized and analyzed;The principle of updating the rural areas under the guidance of tourism resources was put forward.The third chapter mainly discusses how to carry out the updating of the overall planning of traditional cold rural villages under the principle of “localization”,how to update and protect the outer space and landscape of the cold rural areas in rural tourism,and How to update the related facilities according to the needs of the travel function.Aiming at the micro-level of the cold country,that is,the various elements of the village environment,the strategy of tourism renewal is proposed.The fourth chapter focuses on the key points in the development of rural tourism,the renovation of rural residential community,the transformation of building life mode and functional regeneration,and the optimization of building technology.The transformation proposed an optimization strategy.The tourism renewal of the cold rural areas,carrying and influencing the rurallife of the contemporary coldland,is of great significance to the construction and development of rural areas in China.This paper attempts to discuss the theory and practical experience of domestic and foreign rural building renewal in the current chaos of rural tourism reconstruction,and summarizes the general strategy for the renovation of rural buildings in China,and designs for the future.Provide theoretical guidance.
