The Research About Design Strategies Of Organic Renewal Of Rural Residence In ChengDu Plain

There are excellent geographical and climatic conditions,and a long history of farming culture in Chengdu Plain.Rural residence,as a carrier of material culture,evolve continuously with the rural social change.After Chengdu became the first batch of urban and rural comprehensive reform pilot area in China,there is an obvious progress in rural residence construction and living environment,in addition,farmers' living concept,building aesthetic and technology have changed a lot.Opportunities and challenges coexist in rural construction and development,and also there are a lot of problems and shortcomings in renewing house.In this context,there is an important practical significance in looking for the suitable way of renewing rural residence to achieve sustainable rural development.First of all,this paper chose the second and third layers of rural areas in Chengdu Plain as research object,and conducted a sample survey of residential status and farmers living real state.By doing this survey,I found that rural residence internal space is unreasonable,there is a lack of vitality of the external environment,and some appearance problems in the quality of Construction Technology.Due to these problems,I got the implicit problems that is the fault of the construction of regional characteristics,and the lack of cultural confidence in the villagers.According to the extraction of typical samples,I divided rural residence into traditional dwellings,horizontal continuation,vertical continuation,core space and free plane five stages by using plane organization and spatial morphology as the basis in Chengdu Plain after Chinese Economic Reform and open up,and summarized the renew way of the existing rural residence.Secondly,this paper divided rural residence into primitive period,the Qin and Han dynasties,the Tang and Song Dynasties,the Ming and Qing Dynasties four representative stages in Chengdu Plain by studying a large number of literature research,and draw the diagram of the plane function and spatial form by using some typical cases as evidences.I summed up influencing factors of evolution of rural residence,that is natural environment,social culture,and technical level,to construct the form field,and analyzed motivation influence of rural residence in terms of group layout,function plane and spatial form renew in Chengdu Plain.Finally,based on the regionalism of Chengdu Plain,I used the way and substance of organic renewal theory to the concrete residential renewal design to explore comprehensive,meticulous,and workable organic renewal method.I focus on influencing factors of residential renewal research,and propose specific design strategy of rural residence renewal in natural environment harmony,reshaping cultural self-confidence,and modem technology expression.In this paper,the theory of organic renewal is applied to the design of rural housing,and made a positive attempt by integrating with "New rural village project? of GaoyuanVillage in XinfanTown,ChengduCity".I hope that this paper can provide some ideas and methods that rural construction can reference in the furture.
