In recent years,many high and new technologies have emerged,and Internet technologies such as artificial intelligence,big data,and cloud computing have developed rapidly,driving the development of traditional manufacturing to intelligence.As an enabling technology for the development of intelligent manufacturing,digital twin technology has already had a certain application foundation in the manufacturing industry,making it possible for the digital twin technology to assist workshop site management.This article takes Z company automatic welding equipment manufacturing workshop(abbreviated as Z company equipment manufacturing workshop)as the research object,according to the actual situation of its on-site management,researches the application of digital twins in on-site management,and aims to continuously improve and enhance the level of digital management of the workshop.Designing an on-site management assistance system based on digital twin technology is to assist the on-site management of the equipment manufacturing workshop of Z company.Firstly,This article introduces the related theories of site management,the related concepts of lean production,the research of digital twins and related technologies,and the software platform used to build twin workshops.Then,this paper analyzes the current situation of the equipment manufacturing workshop of Z Company in six aspects: human,machine,material,method,environment and measurement,puts forward three problems existing in the workshop from the perspective of improving 6S management level and workshop digitization,and analyzes the requirements of digital field management.Secondly,this article designs an improved on-site management assistance system based on its digital management requirements,and uses object-oriented modeling methods,incremental modeling methods,and 3D model lightweight methods to build a digital twin of the equipment manufacturing workshop.Finally,on the basis of completing the digital twin workshop and testing the system.The system can monitor the workshop site,and the main functions realized are workshop environment supervision,workshop production line supervision and electronic standard work instruction management.
