| The construction machinery arm is the key component for the construction machinery to directly complete the work task,and its assembly link directly affects the product quality of the whole machine and the performance of the work performance.Aiming at the problems of low assembly efficiency,assembly process indicators and product characteristics that exist in the assembly process of traditional construction machinery arm,this thesis introduces digital twin technology into the whole process of construction machinery arm assembly.By analyzing the implementation process of the assembly process management and control of the construction machinery arm,a modeling and simulation framework for the assembly process of the construction machinery arm based on the digital twin is constructed.The focus is on the data collection and processing of the digital twin for the assembly site,the construction of the digital twin assembly model of construction machinery arm and key technologies such as assembly process simulation and optimization.The main research contents of the thesis are as follows:(1)By analyzing the feasibility of the digital twin technology in the assembly of construction machinery,the assembly process of the construction machinery arm under the environment of the digital twin is discussed.According to the application criteria and modeling requirements of the digital twin,the overall framework of the assembly modeling and simulation of the digital twin construction machinery arm is constructed from three aspects:model layer,data layer and application layer.(2)Based on the analysis of the assembly process planning and assembly accuracy information of the machinery arm,the method of collecting digital twin data of the machinery arm is discussed,and the MBD(Model Based Definition)model is used to express the assembly tolerance information of the machinery arm.According to the accuracy requirements of the motion components of the machinery arm,the analysis and simplification methods of the assembly deviation sources are studied,and a simplified model of the assembly deviation of construction machinery arm is constructed.On this basis,the information flow collection and control process of the machinery arm assembly production line for the assembly site is analyzed,and the evaluation method of assembly production data is studied,which lays the foundation for the construction of the machinery arm digital twin assembly model.(3)By analyzing the components and connection methods of the construction machinery arm,the assembly process planning of the machinery arm under the Delmia simulation platform is studied.From the perspective of real-time data interaction between virtual space and physical space,the overall process of building a machinery arm digital twin assembly model is discussed.By studying the object-oriented machinery arm UML(Unified Modeling Language)modeling technology and assembly line layout selection,a Petri net-based machinery arm assembly process is proposed and the construction of digital modeling of the machinery arm assembly site in the Plant simulation software is completed.(4)Taking an excavator machinery arm as the research object,the digital twin assembly process modeling and simulation of the machinery arm were carried out,and it was verified that the assembly simulation based on the digital twin can effectively monitor the assembly process and optimize its configuration to improve the assembly efficiency,thereby an effective closed-loop feedback mechanism can be realized. |
