| Aircraft assembly occupies an important position in aircraft manufacturing and is an important link to ensure the normal use of aircraft products. The traditional aircraft assembly process is one-way for parts manufacturing, product assembly and product inspection, which is tedious for the out-of-tolerance processing of products, which will lead to the shelving of the assembly process and affect the production cycle of products.Digital twin technology designed to physical space and virtual space information interaction, digital twin technology application in aircraft assembly process, through the assembly process of the data information collection, set up in the virtual space and physical space is consistent with the 3 d model reconstruction, the assembly process simulation, highly simulation assembly site condition, based on the twin model for dynamic tracing monitoring of field assembly process,real-time reflect the assembling of the parts, monitoring data file used to guide field assembly, even adjusting posture, tooling and parts assembly accuracy control in the process of the closed loop operation, make the products from the shelves that is qualified. In this paper,a certain type of aircraft umbrella cabin components as the main object of study, the parts, products and assembly tooling design of different schemes to complete the data collection, study the key technology of data processing and model reconstruction, assembly entity and fitting model quality detection,to obtain the manufacturing error and fitting error.Based on the twin model, the simulation analysis of the assembly process of the parachute cabin is carried out,and the influence of parts manufacturing error, tooling manufacturing error and positioning error on the assembly precision of the product is comprehensively considered. The dynamic tracking technology of the parachute cabin assembly process was studied to realize the real-time monitoring of the data of the parachute cabin assembly process and provide data support for improving the accuracy of field assembly. |
