Miniature circuit breakers are widely applied in electricity grid to ensure the safety of terminal electricity,with the number of uses running into billions each year.Due to the enormous production capacity,it is necessary to promote automation in circuit breaker manufacturing in China.However,low-leveled digital technology seriously limits visualization and maintenance efficiency in the workshop.To address this issue,this paper proposes a digital twin workshop system based on automation and digitalization for circuit breaker manufacturing.The proposed method is capable to improve production performance and efficiency.The use of digital twin technology for digital manufacturing of miniature circuit breakers can effectively improve the manufacturing management of miniature circuit breakers by describing the whole manufacturing process of the physical workshop through digital models and twin data,and by monitoring and managing the physical workshop in an all-round and multi-level manner.To study and implement the digital manufacturing twin system for miniature circuit breakers,the following difficulties need to be solved:(1)driving and controlling the twin that precisely matches the actual batch manufacturing process of miniature circuit breakers;(2)building the data transmission relationship between the physical workshop,the virtual twin workshop and the workshop service system;(3)optimizing the computing efficiency of the twin workshop system,guaranteeing the real-time and faithfulness of the digital twin system operation to realize the lightweight representation of the digital twin workshop.To solve the above problems,the thesis proposes a digital twin system for miniature circuit breaker assembly line and its optimization modeling method,the main research contents and innovations are as follows.1.For the actual needs of miniature circuit breaker digital workshop,the analysis of the generality and reusability of the system is carried out for the miniature circuit breaker assembly line digital twin workshop,the overall design idea of the twin system is determined,and the design principles,building framework and design scheme of the system are formulated.2.Digital logic modeling of miniature circuit breakers and their production equipment,using logical Petri nets to construct and describe miniature circuit breaker production logic,which can accurately and faithfully map the real production logic.Based on the state machine to drive and regulate the equipment action,it achieves a high degree of integration and faithful synchronization between the drive logic of the physical workshop and the twin workshop.3.The digital twin shop service system adopts TCP protocol to ensure the reliability of data transmission,and the information communication mechanism is constructed after the contents of server side,client side,IP address and port number.Based on the operational and logical data of the actual production workshop,the twin model is driven to respond differently based on the logical relationship model,which realizes the visualization of the production data of the workshop service system.4.To address the problem of low real-time performance of the twin system caused by the large amount of computing data of the digital twin workshop system,we propose the method of computing the logic and model data of the digital twin workshop in parallel,which improves the efficiency of GPU usage from 43% to 86% and the number of running frames from 22.6 to 387.0,significantly improving the execution efficiency and performance of the digital twin system.
