| In recent years,as China’s population aging trend has become more and more serious,nursing home real estate has developed rapidly due to the change of the concept of nursing home and the improvement of the physical environment and spiritual demand for living of the elderly.Through on-site surveys on the real estate of the elderly through observation and consideration of the elderly’s daily life,the elderly stay in a space consisting of a building wall,a corridor,and a relatively bright and wide corridor.I found something to like.In reality,these are spaces where the elderly often stay.The quality of the environment is jagged,and safety problems occur frequently.Therefore,in terms of the value of design thinking,I am materialistic in the life details of the elderly in terms of the value of design thinking.This project was studied on whether to bring security and mental enjoyment.Chapter 1 of this project is a basic introduction,taking the issue of population aging as the main research background,and related concepts of this study.The purpose and meaning of this study were discussed,and the purpose and meaning of this study were discussed in Chapter 2.From the perspective of gerontology,the types of transitional spaces that differ from those of nursing home estates differ from the special physiology of the elderly.Focusing on environmental demands and design analysis in psychological characteristics.Architecture and other fields of study.The third part is based on the theory in Chapter 2,based on the three different characteristics of Yangro real estate in Beijing City.In the fourth part of the project,in the fourth part of the project,the authors summarized the results of the design reasoning and practice verification,and analyzed the interior and exterior space environment of a nursing home real estate.The design principles and strategies of Chapter 5 are used in actual design renovation projects. |
