Financial Data Analysis Of Automobile Enterprises Based On Financial Ratio And Factor Analysis

The automobile industry is the pillar industry of manufacturing industry,which has a great role in promoting China’s economy.Based on the development trend of the automobile industry,the analysis of the financial data of automobile enterprises is of positive significance to the development of relevant enterprises.In this paper,the financial data of SAIC Group as an example,through comparative analysis of the importance of the financial data of the automobile industry,starting from the macro environment of the automobile industry,the financial data of SAIC Group through the financial ratio method,chart method and other application analysis.Combined with its operating capacity,solvency,profitability and growth capacity and other aspects of the discussion.It focuses on the impact on the growth ability of SAIC when its revenue and profit decline to a certain extent at some stage.Although the profitability has declined,the enterprise still maintains certain advantages,and its fixed assets have not decreased correspondingly.As a result,its operating capacity will be relatively weak in terms of indicators,but its solvency and management of internal expenses will remain stable.The paper then uses the factor analysis method,using the profitability and development ability factor,debt paying ability factor,operating ability factor and other important financial indicators to analyze.By comparing SAIC with other domestic auto companies and discussing these three factors as well as their comprehensive scores and rankings,SAIC’s overall ability can be ranked at the top.On this basis,relevant application analysis can be carried out to improve the operating capacity through a reasonable ratio of assets,and maintain the trade-off between profitability and debt paying ability through an appropriate debt ratio.
