Research On The Performance Evaluation Of SAIC MOTOR

Along with the continuous upgrading and development of China’s manufacturing industry,the status of the automobile industry in the manufacturing industry continues to rise,and the role of promoting the development of China’s industrial economy is becoming more and more obvious.As one of the three major automobile companies in China,SAIC Group Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as SAIC Group)has been in the leading position in China,but with the poor operating conditions of China’s real economy,SAIC is facing a disadvantage.The living situation.Under such a background,improving the financial performance ability to adapt to the strategic management requirements of enterprises is closely related to SAIC Group’s continued invincibility in China’s auto industry.This paper first summarizes and analyzes the existing literatures on financial performance evaluation at home and abroad,summarizes them,and clarifies the key points that need further research.It summarizes the relevant theories of financial performance evaluation and defines the connotation of performance evaluation from financial statements.The financial performance and financial status describe the core elements of financial performance evaluation.Secondly,the principles of the financial performance evaluation system are clearly defined.Through the literature collection,expert investigation and industry regulation,the financial performance evaluation of SAIC Group is collected.Data,using Delphi method to screen data,through screening,from the four aspects of profitability,operational capability,development capability,solvency,established an evaluation system of financial performance evaluation,and expounded the factor analysis method;finally combined with the car According to the industry characteristics and the market environment,the financial performance evaluation is carried out according to the data processed by the factor analysis method,and the evaluation results are analyzed.The problems of SAIC’s financial performance evaluation are found,and relevant rationalization suggestions are proposed for the problem.
