Research On Financial Performance Evaluation Of Listed Companies In Automobile Industry Based On Factor Analysis

As one of the pillar industries of China’s economy automobile industry plays an important role in promoting the development of national economy and promoting employment.With China’s economic development entering the new normal domestic enterprises are facing the problem of turning from high-speed development to high-quality development especially in the case of saturated automobile market domestic automobile enterprises are facing a more severe development situation.Through the evaluation of the financial performance of the listed companies in the automobile industry this paper analyzes the operation status of the automobile industry and explores the countermeasures to improve the financial performance which is of great significance to the development of China’s automobile industry and even the whole national economy.Therefore this paper selects 127 A-share listed companies in the automotive industry as samples uses factor analysis method to reduce the dimensions of 14 financial indicators and sums up four key factors.Through the analysis of single factor score and comprehensive score this paper summarizes the current financial situation of the automobile industry and puts forward the reasonable arrangement of capital structure improvement of independent core innovation ability and strengthening of cash flow management To improve the speed of inventory turnover.Based on the analysis of the financial performance of Listed Companies in the domestic automobile industry this paper selects Chang’an automobile as a case enterprise combines the industry situation and the changing trend of its financial data and according to the ranking change of enterprise factor score and comprehensive score in vehicle manufacturing enterprises it is found that the ranking of solvency factor and operational ability factor is rising continuously which indicates the solvency and operation of the enterprise The ability is gradually enhanced but the profitability and development ability are poor and then more directional analysis of the possible problems of the enterprise summed up that the main business of the enterprise is single the industrial chain is not perfect the sales cost is too high are the crux of the impact of enterprise profitability and development ability and on this basis put forward to carry out the production and sales of auto parts or provide repair In order to improve the competitiveness of Chang’an Automobile Industry and provide reference for the development of enterprises in the same industry we should allocate labor service business acquire or control upstream suppliers of industrial chain and adopt new media platform for marketing and publicity.
