| In order to speed up the process of informatization and urbanization,the state has issued Guiding Opinions on Actively Promoting the “Internet Plus” Action,Digital Rural Development Strategy Outline and other documents,requesting the use of “Internet Plus” to help rural revitalization.With the development of e-commerce,the “Taobao Village”,a special industrial cluster born in a rural area,has gradually moved into the public view.According to statistics from Ali Research,there have been 5,425 Taobao villages in our country by June 2020,of which the explosive growth has become a non-ignorable phenomenon.At the same time,as a specific rural development modelin the information age,Taobao Village has also become an important path to achieve new urbanization and rural revitalization.Southern Jiangsu,with a developed economy and convenient transportation,has become the fertile soil for the growth and development of Taobao Village due to its good rural industrial foundation.However,behind the vigorous growth of Taobao Village in southern Jiangsu,there are also many potential crises.Low-end homogenization competition,lack of innovative talents,and rural functional space chaos,cannot support the future development of Taobao Village.Therefore,Taobao Village in Southern Jiangsu urgently needs to transform from high-speed growth to high-quality smart development.First of all,through combing the research results related to Taobao Village,Space of Flows,and Smart Development,this article analyzes the operation mechanism of the space of flows at the urban-rural network and Taobao village,and explores the advantages and necessity of smart development of Taobao village.Based on this,the connotation of smart development of Taobao Village from the perspective of space of flows is put forward,namely:On the one hand,it is manifested as the mutual attraction and high concentration of explicit flows and implicit flows in a specific rural space;On the other hand,the rural space of flows has abundant location resources,intensive and efficient land use space,and well-configured facilities landscape.The interaction feedback of the two forms a virtuous circle.Secondly,according to the connotation,this paper constructs an evaluation system of smart development of Taobao village from two aspects: Agglomeration degree of factor flows and Intensity degree of space of flows.It selects twelve Taobao villages in southern Jiangsu for empirical evaluation.And these villages are classified into four categories according to the evaluation results: high agglomeration and high intensiveness,high agglomeration and low intensiveness,low agglomeration and high intensiveness,and low agglomeration and low intensiveness.Finally,according to the evaluation classification,corresponding development strategies are proposed: leading regional sharing,collaborative organization and cooperation;reconstructing the space environment,improving facility configuration;tapping resources and talents,innovating industrial development;enhancing development awareness,transforming the space environment. |
