After 2000,the grid began to enter the smart grid.The smart grid includes "production,transmission,distribution,storage,and power systems,and uses the Internet(IP),communications,computers,sensing signals,automatic control technology,Electronic technology,superconducting suppressors and other information to enable two-way flow of information to optimize all aspects of power generation in the power system,including production,transport,and utilization.The Smart Substation based on computer technology,network technology and communication technology is the physical basis for realizing the smart grid.It is also an advanced dispatching center information acquisition and command execution terminal.In the daily operation of the smart grid,safe and reliable operation is particularly important.The implementation of the safety measures of the smart substation and the construction of the safety equipment can effectively maintain the construction and development of the smart grid and realize the stable operation of the smart grid.Many countries are facing severe challenges in the security and protection of a large number of information in Smart Substations.Various departments have successively formulated a series of relevant regulations to establish a second line of security protection for power systems and improve network information security.This paper firstly introduces the research background and significance of the comprehensive evaluation of the second security protection system project in Liucun Smart Substation.The paper discusses the research status of the comprehensive evaluation and the development status of the post-evaluation theories.At the same time,it expounds the application of the theoretical research,the application status and related comprehensive evaluation methods at home and abroad.In this paper,the research background and significance of the comprehensive evaluation of the secondary safety protection system for the Smart Substation are systematically analyzed,and the key points and features of the secondary safety protection for the Smart Substation are introduced.In combination with the application characteristics of the secondary safety protection system at Liucun Station,the safety and key technologies of the main components of the secondary safety protection system at the Liucun Station are analyzed in detail.The existence of the safety system and the secondary safety protection system is discussed.risk.This article focuses on the principle and optimization theory of the comprehensive index of post-project evaluation.This article focuses on the principles and optimization theories for the establishment of comprehensive indicators for post-evaluation of projects,the use of analytic hierarchy process to determine the weights,and the establishment of a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on entropyweighted method.The basic principles of the model and the steps to implement the evaluation using the model are described in detail.Using the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weights of the indicators of the secondary safety protection system at Liucun Station,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based on the entropy method was used to draw a definite conclusion.
