Study On The Interaction Mechanism Between Industry And Space In Suburban Taobao Village

Taobao Village,as a peculiar economic phenomenon in China,is rapidly appearing all over the country.It is an effective way to promote the development of rural areas.As a bottom-up rural e-commerce economy initiated by individual entrepreneurs,it not only promotes industrial development in rural areas,but also has a significant impact on the change and formation of its spatial pattern.There are many types of Taobao villages,and Taobao villages with different basic conditions have different development paths.Due to the characteristics of population mobility,location advantages,and urban resource spillovers,the evolution process of industry and space in suburban areas is special.This led to the research questions of this article: how the industry promotes the development of the spatial pattern in the suburban industrial Taobao Village,how the spatial pattern affects the formation of the industry,and what is the interaction between the industry and the space.The research object of this article is an industrial Taobao village named Tudi village in the suburbs of Anjing Town,Pidu District,Chengdu City,Sichuan Province.The Tudi village is used as a specific case to study its evolution path and dynamic mechanism.The process of transforming from a traditional agricultural village to a highly concentrated clothing industry Taobao Village in the Tudi village was first analyzed.And its driving forces,industrial characteristics,and urbanization characteristics were analyzed at different stages.Then it analyzes the influence of the characteristics of the industry type,organization method,and construction subject of the Tudi village on the spatial pattern,and also discusses the role of the spatial pattern in promoting or inhibiting the industry at different stages.Finally,the research conclusions are summarized and optimization suggestions are put forward.Taobao Village’s self-organization is an important reason for its rapid expansion and success,but it has also become a obstacle for its long-term development.Both industry and space need to move forward in a dynamic balanced manner.The long-term occupation of absolute dominance by either party in industry or space will adversely affect the overall development of the region.
