| In the era of the COVID-19 epidemic at the beginning of 2020,local governments have successively introduced a "floor economy" policy to deal with serious social and economic issues.In the post-epidemic era,the urban economy returned to normal.At that time,in the bustling business district,the stall economy was in full swing,leaving only a sparse crowd and scattered vendors.On the other hand,the government is still trying its best to save the remaining warmth of the economy and make new attempts.This article takes the flow space theory as the starting point,increases the measurement of flow elements of the stall economy,and conducts research with the comparative analysis of node-flow element-network.Analyze the network characteristics,node characteristics,and flow element characteristics shown by the stall economy,summarize its characteristics,and propose corresponding optimization strategies for the three aspects of network-nodeflow elementsIn this study,the market stall economy in Gusu District,Suzhou City was studied,and data sources were obtained through field research and big data applications.Based on the research framework of the stall economy established by the flow space theory,the current situation of the stall economy in Gusu District was summarized as a network structure deformity There are three characteristic problems of fuzzy and missing items,the problem of hierarchical and group incoordination characteristics,and the problem of individual positioning and characteristic performance mismatch characteristics.And formulate a corresponding optimization model for the stall economy in Gusu District: adopt three optimization modes of structure,difference,and compatibility in general;design three-level stalls in detail,and adopt retention,optimization,time-sharing management and control,relocation,Add or remove 6 strategic means.The research has drawn three conclusions.One is the consideration of adding convection elements to the dimensions of the research on the stall economy;the second is that a new measurement formula is proposed for the measurement of convection factors;the third is that three types of optimization models are proposed for the stall economy in Gusu District. |
