The urban non-construction land as an important part of urban space, with ecological, social, economic and other multiple complex benefits from many aspects supporting the development and construction of the city. However, in today's era of the background of rapid urbanization, urban development continue to show the trend of sprawl and expansion, constantly eroding the precious urban non- construction land space, the quantity, quality, functionality of urban non- construction land meet great damage. Many cities have carried out related research and practice of urban non-construction land planning with varying degrees of success, but a lot of practice shows that the over-emphasis on ecological protection in planning practices, while ignoring the organic integration of the non- construction land with urban social development, economic development, city pattern and function, which make the protection of urban non- construction land deviate the meet of city development, thus impeding the protection and development of non-construction land, making it's multiple complex functions can't get the best play.To solve this problem, this article start from the perspective of urban nonconstruction land spatial pattern, to study how urban non- construction land can better combine with urban development. The article start from related practice and research of urban non- construction land planning, analyzes the development process of urban non-construction land planning theory and practice, summarize previous experience, at the same time we study and compare the urban non-construction land spatial composition and distribution pattern, and figure out the main trend of urban non-construction land space Layout. What's more, as the main line of Natural ecological protection and coordinating urban developmental, we study the main spatial pattern construction method of urban non- construction land which adapting city development from three aspects, the basic pattern of urban non- construction land based on ecological surveys, the complex network system of urban non- construction land, and constructing the overall pattern of urban non-construction land that adapting ecological protection and urban development.Finally, the article will make full use of the above findings and the methods and strategies, combined with Dazhou economic and Technological Development Zone as empirical research, to find the pattern construction method of Dazhou economic and Technological Development Zone that meet the development situation.
