Abstract/Summary:
The Transit-Oriented-Development(TOD)mode is a city development model oriented towards public transportation,which can guide and constrain the development of the city and promote the coupling of urban rail transit.However,there is currently a widespread problem of the disconnection between land use around rail transit stations and their surrounding areas.The purpose of this article is to explore the degree of spatial coupling of urban rail transit construction from the TOD perspective and to discuss construction solutions for spatial coupling.Firstly,through studying the literature on the TOD model of rail transit and urban land use at home and abroad,the current research status of the coupling relationship between rail transit and urban land use is grasped.Secondly,by extracting index data of Chongqing Rail Transit Line 1 through ArcGIS and web crawling technology,using the "node-place" model,and calculating the node value and place value of the rail transit station area through indicators such as accessibility,walking space length,business diversity,and land use proportion.The station is clustered and classified through K-means clustering analysis.Finally,data envelopment analysis(DEA)is used to calculate the same indicators,and the calculation results of the two models are compared and analyzed.The research results show that using the "node-place" model to calculate the spatial coupling of rail transit stations is accurate and reasonable.The calculation results of the model show that Shapingba Station is a TOD station with high coupling degree and intensity,and its node value and place value are both high and in a coupled state.At the same time,four TOD station construction strategies are proposed for the university city station with development potential:(1)strengthen top-level design,strengthen the role of the government in reconstruction,and clarify the norms of TOD station construction;(2)ealizing high-intensity land use by optimizing the land use structure;(3)focusing on the construction of business diversity,introducing various types of businesses to enhance the attractiveness and vitality of the station;(4)attaching importance to pedestrian priority,constructing pedestrian corridors,improving transfer convenience,and providing convenience for pedestrians.These strategies and suggestions provide more references and inspirations for solving the spatial coupling coordination problem of TOD station construction.
