Exploration On The Strategy Of The Youth Sharing Community In The Context Of Urban Villages

With the rise of the housing price and the increase of the pressure of life,the long-rent apartments have become a necessary choice to relieve the pressure of young people.At the same time,the high rent in the urban area makes the urban village flood with a large number of migrant young people.In the background,in 2017,the first youth sharing community transformed from the handshake building of the urban village--futian shuiwei linmeng talent community shows in Shenzhen,built without any precedent or normative guidance.It not only solves the housing problem of the migrant youth group,but also it improves the environment of the urban village,and opens up the infinite possibility of the reconstruction of the old houses in the urban village.Therefore,under this trend,the author studies the reconstruction strategy of urban village youth sharing community and provides a new development direction for the reconstruction of urban village.This paper mainly implies from the following aspects:Firstly,by sorting out the relevant concepts of youth Shared community,the research object is defined: both inside and outside are given equal attention to the transformation of urban villages,and a community-style youth apartment,namely youth Shared community,is established.At the same time,through the discussion of financing,profit and development mode of youth community reconstruction and the reference analysis of practice cases,the paper puts forward the "village-enterprise cooperation reconstruction mode" and the "multi-function,multi-layer and multi-culture" public space reconstruction method that is suitable for the background of urban villages.As a theoretical basis for the reconstruction of urban village youth Shared community.Then,through the field research on the public space and youth apartment in the village of xiamen city,the characteristics of the current situation of thepublic space are summarized: the node space is mostly abandoned and has a large number,the linear street space is easy to gather vitality and people,the lack of surface space,the high mixing of commercial and residential functions,and the obvious difference between day and night use.And obtains the corresponding space transformation enlightenment.As a basis for the reconstruction of the village youth community in the city.Then through the reality interview and questionnaire survey to the village youth group in the city.Summed up the youth group's life status and life demand characteristics: life model is not fixed,full of life pressure;Fixed life circle and social circle,eager to communicate and identity;Life is dull and monotonous,longing for rich entertainment and fitness activities;Fast pace of life,socialization of housework,pursuit of brand consumption and perceptual consumption.And obtains the corresponding transformation enlightenment.Taking this as the direction of transformation of the village youth sharing community in the city.Finally,according to the theoretical guidance and research status quo,the paper proposes corresponding transformation strategies and modes,including five principles and seven strategies: operation and profit strategies;Site selection and positioning strategy;Neighborhood renovation strategy,public space renovation strategy,residential space renovation strategy,landscaping strategy and community upgrading strategy.And taking xiamen CAI tang village as the transformation object,carries on the design practice application.
