Study On Urban Renewal Of The Dabiangou-Xigou In Yan’an For Quality Improvment

With the continuous improvement of China’s economic development and urbanization level,people’s material and cultural needs are growing day by day,and urban development faces more and more challenges.In the context of high-quality development,urban renewal,as an important means of current urban development,is an important way to optimize urban structure,improve urban functions,shape urban image and improve urban quality.Yan’an is located in the Loess Plateau,with many mountains and little land,and the urban construction land is scarce.The land use efficiency needs to be further improved.The lack of space has become an important bottleneck restricting urban development.At present,the destruction of ecological environment,the lag of infrastructure and the disappearance of urban culture have become the main obstacles restricting the high-quality development of cities.Therefore,under this background,exploring the benign urban renewal mechanism in this region and realizing the improvement of urban quality is the inevitable trend of urban development in the gully area of the Loess Plateau in Northern Shaanxi.This paper is divided into five parts,the main contents are as follows.The first part,based on the background of China’s high-quality development and the practical problems of regional ecology and function,summarizes and combs the relevant research on urban renewal and quality city,demonstrates the importance and significance of this research,and expounds the relevant concepts.It provides a theoretical basis and reference for the later study of urban quality improvement and renewal strategies.The second part analyzes the connotation of urban quality,explores the composition system of urban quality,and lays the foundation for the construction of regional quality evaluation system later.In the third part,based on the regional status and related research of Xigou area of dabiangou in Yan’an City,the quality evaluation index system is selected,and the entropy fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the current quality of the area.The results show that the comprehensive score of the quality of the area is low.Based on this,the current situation and quality problems of ecology,life and culture in the area are summarized,that is,the ecological background is damaged and the greening system is incomplete;Living facilities lag behind and the bearing capacity does not meet the standard;The style and features are lost,and the continuity of context is insufficient.The fourth part,based on the current quality problems and the investigation of the stakeholders in the area,defines the area renewal objectives,determines the area renewal contents and principles in combination with the objectives,and analyzes the renewal path of ecological,life and cultural quality.The fifth part,based on the previous research,puts forward the renewal strategies to improve the quality of ecology,life and culture.The ecological renewal strategies include adhering to the ecological bottom line,improving land efficiency,repairing mountain space,ensuring ecological security,optimizing green space system and creating good homes.In terms of living,we should make up the short board of facilities,improve the level of facilities,link the ditch road network,and optimize the traffic system.In terms of culture,it includes controlling the overall style,highlighting the city image,reviving historical sites,revitalizing the cultural background,renewing architectural space and continuing local characteristics.At the same time,it puts forward suggestions and guarantee for the implementation of regional renewal to ensure the smooth progress of renewal planning in the implementation process.This paper aims to form a complete set of renewal planning research results through the study of urban quality renewal in The west gully of Dabangou in Yan ’an city,and to explore the urban quality improvement and renewal strategies adapted to this special region,which has certain research significance and reference value for the urban development in the hilly and gully region of the Loess Plateau in northern Shaanxi.
