| Water resource is the basic resources, one of the important factors affecting the ecological environment, the strategic economic resources, and a organic component part of the national power of a country. With the great development of west China, and no-rational utilization of water resources, arid and semiarid areas had appeared water use contradictory protruding, especially in hilly and gully area of Loess Plateau, and have resulted in obvious ecological degradation and environmental problems. In order to effectively improve the eco-environment quality, and promote the rational exploitation and utilization of water resources, studied on eco-environmental water demand are of high importance in theory and reality. In this paper, eco-environmental water demand for small-size river basins was studied based on the sustainable development of social economy and water resources, with the JiuYuangou river basins as study area, explore eco-environmental water demand, evaluated eco-environmental quality, study the rational exploitation and utilization of water resources. It has great significance for the progress of Hydrology and Geography. Its also can be a case study for ecological protection and the sustainable utilization of water resource in Loess Plateau, in arid and semiarid area, and in Northwest China in practice. The paper is composed of six chapters, chapter 1 include research purpose and research, meaning, main research contents, research methods. Academic research and development in eco-environmental water demand are presented at home and abroad, as well as bring forth new ideas. Chapter 2, the author illuminates briefly nature geographical situations of the study area, hydro-eco characteristics, status of social economy, and water soil loss characteristics. Chapter 3, the paper studied the calculation methods of eco-environmental water demand about water soil conservation, nature vegetation construction, etc. in JiuYuangou river watershed. Chapter 4, based on vulnerable ecology of JiuYuangou river watershed, the author build eco-environment quality evaluation fuzzy synthetically evaluation model according to JiuYuangou river watershed characteristics. Chapter 5, the author analysis rational exploitation and utilization of water resources in JiuYuangou river watershed, forecasts water demand of JiuYuangou river watershed in future 20 years based on research of eco-environmental water demand. put forward rational utilization principle, countermeasures, measures in accordance with present situation and existed problem of water resources exploitation in JiuYuangou river watershed. Chapter 6 is composed of main conclusions and advices. |
