| Industrial heritage witnessed the glorious course of industrial civilization and branded the common mark of the progress of the times,social changes and cultural inheritance.Industrial Heritage at present,the attention paid to industrial heritage,its protection and reuse at home and abroad is constantly increasing.With its unique natural conditions,long industrial accumulation and profound tea culture atmosphere,central Hunan has formed an advantageous tea area with the position of tea-making center in Hunan and a famous tea-making industrial base in China.However,with the development of cities,the tea-making industry heritage in central Hunan has been destroyed due to economic interests,restructuring conflicts or other factors in the process of renewal.In recent years,the increasing attention to industrial heritage and the strength guarantee of the joint application of "The Tea Road" have brought opportunities and challenges to the rebirth of tea-making industrial heritage in central Hunan.Under the guidance of the concept of "building recycling",how to realize the functional replacement of these tea-making industrial heritages,handle the relationship between the heritages and the surrounding environment,and continue to play its value on the premise of preserving the industrial atmosphere is an important issue facing the protection and reuse of tea-making industrial heritages in central Hunan.This paper firstly sorts out the development process of tea industry in central Hunan and its related spatial classification and distribution,supplements the current research on tea industry in central Hunan,and tries to explain the relationship and mutual influence between tea industry and tea-making industry heritage.Based on the data combing and field investigation of existing large-scale tea processing plants and some important tea shops and their remains in central Hunan,This paper sums up and analyzes the material composition and characteristics of the tea-making industrial heritage in central Hunan,and deeply explores the morphological characteristics of the tea-making industrial heritage that are different from the general industrial heritage,so as to make a preliminary understanding of the value contained in the tea-making industrial heritage.From the perspective of "value orientation",combined with the current preservation situation,restrictive factors,regeneration needs,etc.of the tea-making industrial heritage in central Hunan,aiming at specific problems and combining with relevant cases,the protection suggestions and renewal models of the tea-making industrial heritage in central Hunan are obtained.Finally,according to the research results and principles,combined with the relevant theory of "place spirit",the design method of tea-making industrial heritage protection and reuse in central Hunan is summarized,which is dominated by the protection of industrial spirit,and the specific method is further applied in combination with relevant practice.Through the above thinking,Following the concept of industrial spirit as the leading factor,site and building supporting and pulling together,this paper combs the characteristics of tea-making industrial heritage in central Hunan,summarizes the protection and reuse strategies and design methods of tea-making industrial heritage in central Hunan,in order to realize the preservation and continuation of tea-making industrial heritage culture in central Hunan. |
