| In recent years,in order to reduce the interference of traffic facilities on rural living environment,the overhead mode is more and more widely used in the construction of highway,railway and high-speed railway;The relationship between land ownership and land use right is unclear,the use of space under rural bridge is not reasonable,and there is no response of appropriate design strategy.In order to solve the above problems,this paper takes the composite utilization of the idle space under the rural viaduct as the starting point,and according to the idea of "research and questioning-spontaneous appropriate function combing-regulations combing-providing strategies-case practice",sorts out the use experience of the space under the urban road bridge,the local use experience of the eastern and southern urban areas in China,and the reasonable spontaneous use of the rural areas,To explore the way of compound utilization of rural space under the bridge.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the background and development trend of the space under the rural viaduct are described,and the research object and content are defined as "the space under the viaduct crossing rural roads,railways and high-speed railways in an overhead way".By combing the relevant research at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the goal of compound utilization of rural space under the bridge,and then studies its implementation strategy.Secondly,the research summarizes the status quo of space form and spontaneous use under the bridge,which is divided into the use of competent departments and the spontaneous use of villagers,and the spontaneous use is further divided into "low intervention spontaneous use" and "high intervention spontaneous use".Then,through the analysis of the status quo of ownership,laws and regulations,and the cognitive status of professionals,this paper analyzes from the following aspects:(1)the contradiction between the ownership of the space under the bridge and the actual users(2)All kinds of laws and regulations are lack of comprehensive planning(3)The reasons for the insufficient use of the space under the rural bridge are summarized from the aspects of insufficient understanding of the reasonable use of the space under the rural bridge and lack of design strategies.Then,it summarizes the local experience of space utilization under rural viaduct from the aspects of laws and regulations improvement,development cooperation,functional adaptation,cultural expression,etc.,and studies the corresponding strategies for the composite utilization of space under rural Viaduct on this basis,including the following aspects:(1)management and control strategies at the level of policies and regulations,including the reasonable transfer of space use right Supplement of local laws and regulations,etc(2)The selection and placement of ecological,production and living space functions(3)Space element processing,activity facilities layout;There are three aspects of space utilization strategy.At the end of the paper,taking the composite utilization of the space under the bridge of Yintian village in Shaoshan,Hunan Province as an example,the design strategy is applied to verify its practicability and rationality.The relevant design results are also helpful to the development of Yintian village itself and enlighten the development of villages in central Hunan. |
