| The rapid development of urbanization in the village results in many problems,such as large amount outflow of labors,reduction of the rural population,the increasingly serious phenomenon of hollow village and a growing number of abandoned residential land and idle houses.Besides,the following harm of rural idle houses is obvious and the key to solve the problems lies in how to make good use of these idle rural housing resources.In recent years,B&B tourism industry flourished as a subsidiary of tourism.B&B,as the use of idle housing resources,after renovation and design,provides room,board and tourist facilities,which,undoubtedly,provides an effective idea to use these idle houses.It has become the focus of this paper to fully recognize and understand the idle housing condition in Guanzhong,to effectively utilize these idle houses,to make good use of the idle living space and to take advantage of local tourism resources,so as to reform it into village B& B that can promote the development of rural economy and then drive the overall development of rural B&B tourism industry.Firstly,in this paper,through the literature collection and data analysis,following is done:to define these involved related concepts,to know the research status related to this thesis,to tease out the B&B development conditions at home and abroad,to analyze the demand and position of B&B market,to clear the nature of B&B and to stress the importance of B&B for promoting rural construction and the current problems;Secondly,starting from the investigation,understand the current idle situation of the investigated rural residential area in Guanzhong,and select 9 villages and 18 typical households for in-depth investigation to analyze their idle conditions;through data collection and case analysis,summarize the general design methods of B&B and the transformation methods of idle houses.Finally,apply these methods to the transformation of idle space of living houses to do design practice and test its operability. |
