Study On Zhang Guying Village And Zhang Guying Market Town Collaborative Development Of Public Space

At this stage,our country is actively promoting a new type of urbanization and rural revitalization strategy,and strives to improve the level of rural construction.In recent years,in the process of village development,the phenomenon of coordinated development of villages and surrounding communities has become more and more common,and the methods and contents of collaboration have also shown a diversified trend.However,existing planning practices often use a top-down approach to planning the hierarchical system of "central city,central town,central village".Urban and rural planning that includes historical and cultural villages and traditional villages often fails to give full play to historical and cultural villages,traditional villages,etc.The development and construction of characteristic cultural villages often neglect the connection with surrounding communities,leading to alienation from local communities.The single-point development model makes the sustainable development of characteristic cultural villages at risk.Based on the current sustainable development issues of historical and cultural villages concerned and the existing protection and development planning results of historical and cultural villages,this study is aimed for historical and cultural villages with the characteristics of cultural nodes,economic nodes,and life nodes.As well as development and protection strategies in an orderly manner with surrounding communities.Based on the case of famous historical and cultural villages —Zhang Guying Village and Zhang Guying Town,this paper sorts out the interaction process of public spaces in villages and towns,and puts forward the requirements for the protection and development of historical and cultural villages.The surrounding construction communities are equipped with public services to relieve the functions of historical and cultural villages-coordinated development model.The thesis is divided into six chapters.The first chapter introduces the research background,puts forward the research questions,analyzes its research significance,research purpose,defines the core concepts of the thesis,and analyzes the existing domestic public space of villages and towns and the existing research in Zhangguying Village.The second chapter first clarifies the research scope of the elements of public space and the characteristics of the public space system in this article,and proposes the classification research method of the public space in villages and towns,which lays the research foundation for the classification and analysis of public space in the following.Secondly,the historical evolution of Zhangguying Village and Zhangguying Town was sorted out,and the location and organizational evolution of villages and towns,the land changes between villages and towns,and the evolution of the relationship between villages and towns were cl arified.Finally,it expounds the social,geographic and climate,economic and cultural status quo of Zhang Guying Village and Zhang Guying Town,and introduces the current distribution of the main public space nodes.The third and fourth chapters sort out the public space elements of Zhanggu Village and Zhangguying Town according to the evolution stage of the relationship between villages and towns.First,analyze the social influencing factors of the evolution of public space in villages and towns.Second ly,explain the distribution,function and spatial form of various types of public space.Finally,summarize the public space attributes,public space layout,and public space scale of each type of public space at each stage.The three aspects of evolution characteristics summarize the relationship between the evolution of public space and the growth of villages and towns.Chapter 5 summarizes the overall interaction trend of the four types of public spaces in villages and towns based on the research conten t of Chapters 3 and 4,and proposes the intervention point of public space from the perspective of the protection and planning of historical and cultural villages,and is committed to integrating historical.The cultural village is built as a public space layout strategy for regional culture,economy,and life nodes.
