The Study On Image Of Settlement Landscape Of Zhang Guying Village In Hunan

China is a great cultural country with long history, and dotted with countless natural villages. Under the impact of modern civilization, the spatial structure of traditional village, which were established at the basis of productivity, has lost its original growth base; the traditional culture, which carries historical information, will be submerged in the world of "Cultural Convergence"; only when people stay in the city like "thousand cities have the same side", did they miss such pastoral villages like "while picking asters near the Eastern fence, my gaze upon the Southern mountain rests." Zhang Guying Village is a model for traditional settlements of the south of the lower reaches of the Changjiang River in Chinese Ming and Qing dynasty, also known as "Private Imperial Palace" and "the Best Village in the World". Zhang Guying Village, as a unique regional features and settlement landscape of humanistic connotation, whether in spirit or material, reflects the Chinese national unique value orientation、mode of production and life、 folk customs、aesthetic and religious ethics from different angles and fields. It also shows Chinese national strong vitality and creativity, and demonstrates the eternal value and function. Therefore, the research of its settlement landscape has theoretical and practical significance.The theoretical significance:(1) A sublimation from body to soul of the settlement landscape researches.(2) Expansion of thinking ways and methods in the research on settlement landscape functions.The practical significance:(1) Fill the research information of traditional settlement landscape in northern Hunan.(2) Promote protection and sustainable development of Zhang Guying Village and make its obvious geographical features and clear cultural features of traditional settlement landscape to continue.This paper mainly use the research principle of "imagery", and through author’s experience of settlement landscape symbols in Zhang Guying Village, she adjust her own emotion to sense, understand, imagine and associate the village, then get an overall image of the Zhang Guying Village settlement landscape. According to image perception, author divide the typical images of Zhang Guying Village settlement landscape into four types:landscape imagery、architectural imagery、 idyllic imagery and humanism imagery. After the perception, author endure emotion to the imageries and summed up as:landscape image——castle peak as screen, river as belt; architectural imagery——the walls fall, reappear superimposed well; idyllic imagery——light of morning and curtain of mist, leisurely from the dust; humanism imagery——read till the following world, pass the virtue of respect parents and brothers to posterity. Zhang Guying Village is just like a light blue scroll painting, continued Mr. Jingjie’s(Tao Yuanming) dream of" the Peach Garden".The lofty Mount Mufu, high and steep, ups and downs;The faint Wei Dongyuan, mountains stand, heavy green pinnacle.Gurgling Weixi Stream, hundred steps’bridge, ancient post road;Clear Longze Well, green water ripples, not overflow or dry.Vast Zhang Guying Village, high wall and alley, tile linked to sky;Among the village people, tell tillage, pass the virtue of respect parents and brothers to posterity.
