| For any enterprise,performance appraisal is the core of its performance management.The middle-level managers of enterprises are the core group of their staff members and play an irreplaceable role in the enterprises operation.Therefore,how to guide middle-level managers to achieve ability growth,give full play to their role and support enterprise development through performance appraisal is an important issue that all enterprise managers need to consider.How to design and continuously optimize the performance appraisal system matched with the enterprise is one of the key topics for the long-term development of all enterprises.Taking company B in automobile manufacture industry as an example.this paper studies its current performance appraisal system for middle-level managers.The actual operation effect of its the current middle-level management performance appraisal system is not satisfactory,and its support for the company’s operation is limited,It is necessary to change,improve and reverse the situation as soon as possible.This paper makes a detailed investigation on the basic situation of company B and the current situation of the performance appraisal system of middle-level managers.Through questionnaire survey and interviews with relevant personnel,it analyzes the problems and reasons of the existing systemj then designs the optimization scheme,and defines the institutional guarantee and organizational guarantee to ensure the implementation optimal scheme.This paper aims to solve the problems existed middle-level managers’performance appraisal in company B.Through the optimization of the performance appraisal system to improve the role of that.Through the optimization of the corresponding system to help company B form a virtuous circle on performance appraisal and work related.Also it will help these managers to continuously improve comprehensive ability and work enthusiasm.On a large scale,it will make company B’s performance management more scientific,so as to help company B improve its market competitiveness and sustainability. |
