| With the proposal of the national "carbon peak" and "carbon neutral" strategies in recent years,the structure of the energy industry has been adjusted,and a clean,low-carbon,safe and efficient energy system has become the construction goal of modern energy companies.In the face of the arduous task of low-carbon emission reduction,how to reduce the proportion of fossil energy such as coal in energy consumption and increase the proportion of clean energy has become an important means for new energy enterprises to compete and develop in the industry.Harun Company is a major urban heating enterprise,which is in a leading position in the heating industry in Alxa region and has unique research representativeness.With the improvement of local urbanization level,Harlan’s business development trend is good,and the sales area of heat and electricity has increased year by year.However,at the same time,the management problems that restrict the company’s long-term development have gradually become prominent,especially in recent years,the problem of employee turnover has become more prominent,which has a greater negative impact on the company’s expected development plan.This paper takes the existing performance appraisal scheme of middle managers of Harlan as the research object,investigates the operation status of the performance appraisal scheme through questionnaire survey and interview survey,and analyzes the survey results based on the 5-level scale method of Likert,and finds the problems of the current performance appraisal scheme.While combining the characteristics of the heating industry,through the balanced scorecard,360-degree evaluation method,key performance indicator method and other research methods,quantifiable key indicator evaluation standards and indicator weights are formulated,the performance appraisal indicators of each business unit are determined according to the characteristics of the position,the application of the appraisal process and assessment results is optimized,and the performance appraisal results are bundled with the salary,promotion,training,etc.of the individual being assessed,and an optimized performance appraisal plan is formulated.At the same time,from the three aspects of system,organization and culture,the guarantee measures for the implementation of the optimized plan are put forward to ensure the efficient operation of the optimized plan,enrich the research content of enterprise performance appraisal,improve the internal efficiency of the company,improve the level of heating services,and provide certain reference significance for the follow-up research of private enterprises in the heating industry. |
