As an important part of the construction project,the mechanical and electrical installation project of LZ project is directly related to the performance of the whole building after it is put into use.Therefore,we should pay full attention to the construction management of electromechanical installation engineering,optimize the construction management scheme,make it more scientific and reasonable,and constantly strengthen the management,so as to ensure the reasonable and orderly progress of the whole installation link and realize the construction management objectives.In this paper,mechanical and electrical installation engineering of LZ project is taken as the research object,and construction management optimization is studied by combing relevant literature and applying relevant theories such as project management and process reengineering.First of all,on the basis of the analysis of the existing management scheme of LZ mechanical and electrical installation project,the existing problems of the construction management scheme of LZ mechanical and electrical installation project are proposed,that is,the construction schedule lags behind,the construction cost overruns,and the construction quality does not meet the requirements.Secondly,this paper analyzes the causes of the existing problems in the construction management scheme of LZ mechanical and electrical installation project,which are mainly due to the construction organization and management not in place,the lack of scientific construction management process,backward construction technology management and lax construction quality management.Thirdly,the construction management scheme of mechanical and electrical installation engineering of the original LZ project is optimized,and the design principles of the optimization scheme are established,that is,the principle of institutionalization,systematization and informatization.From the construction organization structure,construction management process,construction technology management and construction quality management these four aspects of optimization.The paper has optimized the construction organization structure,adjusted the post responsibility,established the organization based on BIM technology,refined the construction management process,added the milestone control point,improved the construction technology management system,strengthened the construction technology standard management,the use of information technology and intelligent technology management,improve the construction quality management responsibility.By optimizing the original construction management scheme,the problems existing in the construction management of electromechanical installation engineering of LZ project are solved.Finally,relevant safeguard measures are formulated for the effective implementation of the optimized scheme.This article through to LZ research project mechanical and electrical installation project construction management,fundamentally make up for the defect of the LZ project mechanical and electrical installation project construction management,for LZ mechanical and electrical installation engineering project construction plays a big boost,shortening the time limit for a project,improve the quality of the mechanical and electrical installation,save the cost and brings greater economic benefits for the company.At the same time,it also has certain reference value for similar mechanical and electrical installation engineering. |
