Research On Construction Project Management Of Improvement Plan For Sabah State Railway Project

The principal goal of project construction management is that makes the project profit maximization, that is the deviation minimum between the plan construction period and the actual construction period and effectually control project fund flow in order to reach the goal of the construction enterprise project management. Mainly divide into the commercial management, the project management, and the comprehensive management three major parts in the international engineering project management, The progress management have the extremely close relation with a project success or failure and made full important effect to the project benefit exertion. Increase the international project construction profession market competition intense degree under the international economy depression circumstance. If the construction enterprise want to occupy a leading position in the international project, it only can be through improving enterprise own project management level, establish the enterprise culture, confirm the enterprise strategic goal, the enterprise could keep the steady foundation and find the survival and the development foundation of foothold of the enterprise in the international project markets.This article mainly studies to look for international market construct control ways for enterprise's project construction; The paper renewed the transformation railroad engineering project to Malaysia Sabah to conduct the construct control research, established the WBS(Work Breakdown Structure), and project schedule combining of Sabah with project management software Microsoft Project2007, and has drawn up the Gantt chart. Based on this, there obtains the probability of completing the project within the time limit by exerting PERT (Program Evaluation and Review Technique) to calculate the optimistic, favorite and pessimistic estimated time; Next, the Gantt-tracing method is adopted, which tracks the actual progress, then causes of the lagging works were analyzed to put forward a solution; Finally, this article to proposed some construction experience and the method in the international market engineering project construction.The project construction management research study in the thesis has the model significance to increase construction enterprise project management in the international project markets and enhance the core competition strength of the construction enterprise in the international project competition.
