Abstract/Summary:
Any product design is to adapt to people’s habits and expectations as the ultimate goal,product design must be based on human starting point.The pump test is mainly completed by the operator through the control console,which is very complex.The matching degree between the operator and the human-machine interface of the console has an important impact on the comfort and efficiency of the test.How to improve the layout of the human-machine interface,display and controller of the console based on Kansei Engineering,so that the operators can quickly and accurately complete the test work,improve the comfort and efficiency,has become one of the key problems to be solved in the research field of pump test console.Based on this,this thesis deeply analyzes the existing problems of human-machine interface design of pump test console,and studies the improvement of human-machine interface based on Kansei engineering,the main research contents are as follows:(1)By using eye tracking technology and human-machine interface design theory,this thesis summarizes the problems existing in the human-machine interface design of the pump test console,and designs the improvement scheme of the human-machine interface of the console.(2)Using UG three-dimensional mapping software to create the three-dimensional model of the pump test console before and after the improvement,combined with the actual operation process of the operators,using jack simulation software to simulate and analyze the physiological perception accessibility,visibility and psychological perception comfort of the operators before and after the improvement,and analyze the rationality of the human-machine interface design of the operation console before and after the improvement.(3)Eye tracking technology is used to carry out eye movement experiments.The rationality and effectiveness of the improvement scheme are verified by comparing the average first fixation time,average total fixation time length,average pupil diameter,eye movement hot spot map,eye movement trajectory map,and the changes of fixation time,saccade and blink time and times before and after the improvement.Then the semantic difference method is used to analyze and evaluate the improvement effect,and software SPSS is used to process the questionnaire data for factor analysis to verify the improvement effect of human-machine interface.Then the above two evaluation methods are compared horizontally to analyze their consistency and relevance.From the perspective of Kansei Engineering,this thesis discusses the improvement of the human-machine interface of the pump test console,and makes Jack simulation analysis on the human-machine interface of the pump test console before and after the improvement,and analyzes and evaluates the improvement effect by using the physiological measurement method eye tracking technology and the psychological measurement method semantic difference method.The results show that the matching degree of the improved human-machine interface is better and the improvement effect is remarkable.This thesis provides a reference for other researchers in this field,an important reference for the human-machine interface design and improvement effect evaluation,and a research basis,data support and method support for the further improvement design of the pump test console in the future.
