Research On Design Of Automotive Central Console Based On Kansei Engineering

Today,people’s living standards are generally improved.Under the strong support of the government,more and more funds are pouring into the automobile market,and automobile design is springing up like bamboo shoots after a spring rain.However,due to the injection of foreign independent brands and the existence of domestic joint venture brands,China’s automobile market is facing fierce competition.In order to stimulate consumers’ desire to buy and win more market benefits,manufacturers need to spend more time and energy to understand consumers’ emotional needs and connect them with car design.Therefore,it is necessary to introduce kansei engineering into automobile design.The main purpose of this paper is to capture the emotional needs of the target group for the automobile central console with the help of kansei engineering methods and tools,so as to quantify it as a specific design feature.It is hoped that the emotional needs that are difficult to be captured by people can be combined with the design characteristics of automobile central console,so as to guide designers to design different types of automobile central console,so as to meet the emotional needs of different consumers and realize the communication between consumers and the design of automobile central console.Based on perceptual as a guide,the basic principle of engineering design with the basic characteristics of the target population as a starting point,through the way of questionnaire,the investigation data make a comprehensive analysis,it is concluded that "the future" the design theme,and as the starting point of design,secondly,using the method of qualitative reasoning step by step a type of perceptual engineering to guide the design of automobile instrument panel,the design and analysis from the sense of science and technology,security,functional and aesthetic aspects,inference,step by step until the launch of the specific quantities.Finally,on the basis of analyzing the detail design of the central console,the design practice of byd tang automobile central console is completed.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method combining qualitative and quantitative analysis is used to verify its correctness.It is hoped that it can play a guiding role in the development of automotive interior design and open up new ideas for the follow-up study of automotive interior design.
