With the accelerated aging process,traditional colonies are also facing the problems of hollowing out and aging.In the context of rural revitalization,traditional settlements are ushering in opportunities for development,but the construction of old-age suitability is often neglected in the process of settlement protection and development.As society attaches importance to the aging problem and the concept of aging changes among the elderly,more and more aging models are derived.The study proposes traditional colony aging to provide new ideas for colony preservation and development as well as alleviating the urban aging problem.However,the research on traditional colony aging lags far behind the urban aging industry,so we propose to establish an evaluation system of traditional colony aging suitability in order to get the colony suitable for developing aging model through comprehensive evaluation,and propose an optimization strategy for the construction of colony aging suitability.This thesis takes seven traditional settlements in Jingxing County as the research object,and firstly,the research framework is finally determined by introducing the background of the study,determining the purpose and significance of the study,understanding the development at home and abroad,selecting the research method and sorting out the research content.Secondly,the basic characteristics and needs of elderly people in terms of psychological,physiological and behavioral activities are studied,and the feasibility of the construction of elderly-friendly traditional settlements in Jingfu County is researched,so as to determine the necessity of the study of elderly-friendly traditional settlements.Again,using the ANP-FCE research method,i.e.,combining the network hierarchical analysis method and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the network hierarchical analysis method is used to construct an evaluation system for the old-age suitability of traditional settlements and the index weights are obtained through expert scoring.The combination of the two methods can reflect the feedback and dependency relationship between elements,and can effectively solve the problems of fuzziness and complexity,making the evaluation results more reliable.Finally,according to the comprehensive evaluation results,it is concluded that the traditional settlements suitable for the development of elderly care mode are Dangquan Village and Didu Village,and other settlements need to carry out appropriate construction for the elderly.In view of the former,the author puts forward the construction strategy on the development planning of the elderly care industry,the construction of the elderly care site and the operation and management of the elderly care,while the latter puts forward the optimization strategy on the living space environment,human environment and service supporting facilities of the settlement.The research results of this study include the construction of an evaluation system for the ageworthiness of traditional settlements,and the relevant optimization strategies for ageing based on the previous investigation and evaluation are proposed,in order to provide new ideas for the protection and development of traditional settlements,and propose systematic solutions to the problems of settlement hollowing and aging.
