Research On The Construction Strategy Of Rural Public Buildings In Locality

With the advancement of the rural revitalization strategy,chinese rural areas have entered a new round of development.As an important space carrier in the countryside,rural architecture will directly affect the rural revitalization.The rapid development of rural revitalization has brought a large number of rural construction projects.How the architects should explore the characteristics of different regions and avoid the "same" rural construction is a problem worthy of in-depth consideration.Under the requirements of "people-oriented" planning and design values,this research explores the construction strategy of rural public buildings through the perspective of locality and the design practice of Lizhuang Anshi Cultural Center in southern Sichuan.The project is an actual project from Atelier ZhangLei,which is that I independently participated in and completed during my postgraduate period.The article takes Lizhuang Anshi Cultural Center as an example,focusing on the construction strategy of rural public buildings the perspective of locality.The text is divided into 2 parts:The first part is the design research and design project,including the following contents: Chapter 1 is the summary,introducing the background of the design research,the research object,the research significance and the research status;Chapter 2 is the combing of some related theories and related case studies.The discussion on the basic issues related to the research topic involves the re-understanding of the development of regionalist architectural thought from regionalism to new regionalism to critical regionalism,the rethinking of the regionalization of architecture in the context of globalization,and the introduction and analysis of regionalized thoughts,ideas,and the current situation of architectural regionalization in the Chinese context,including the exploration of the construction of ideas and design practices of contemporary vernacular architectural creation based on the regional spirit;Chapter 3 is the research about this design,including the analysis and research of the traditional regional space in southern Sichuan where is the location of the project.From the investigation and research on the town space in southern Sichuan to the residential space,it sums up the regional spirit of southern Sichuan,including space form,material construction and local spirit;Chapter 4 is based on the exploration of the design ideas and methods of the Lizhuang Anshi Cultural Center and the final design results from the perspective of the land,including the ideas of land planning,the way of shaping the rural image,and the use strategies of local materials;Chapter 5 summarizes the design ideas and construction strategies of rural public buildings from the perspective of locality;Chapter 6 reviews and reflects on the main ideas of the design of Lizhuang Anshi Cultural Center from the perspective of locality,and puts forward a prospect for the follow-up research.The second part is the drawings of the graduation design,including the technical drawings related to the scheme design and node design.The whole thesis contains about 35 000 words,210 pictures and charts.
