| As the country continues to reform the power system,more power supply enterprises begin to attach importance to the innovation of their own enterprises.More advanced customer-centric service-oriented enterprises replace traditional product-centric production enterprises.In such a high socio-economic development and into the new normal situation,the needs of electricity customers gradually show diversity and differentiation,which also gives power supply enterprises a higher standard and service requirements.The good and bad service of power supply enterprises will not only affect the survival and development of enterprises,but also affect the image of the government of public administration,therefore,the power supply service needs to be effectively regulated by the government to ensure that the power supply service can meet the electricity demand of the vast number of electricity customers,through the improvement of the perfect power supply service,To raise the overall level of public administration in government.To this end,this paper through the Lanzhou City power supply service government supervision and optimization research,in order to help the local government can more effectively power supply service enterprises to supervise and manage,to ensure the smooth supply of electricity,for the local economic construction and social development to make due contributions.Through the analysis of the general situation of power supply service in Lanzhou City,this study analyzes the government supervision of power supply service in Lanzhou City from the aspects of organization,regulation and system,main content and mode.It is found that the problems of lanzhou power supply service and government supervision are mainly the lack of public management consciousness,the supervision flow in the form,the service supervision process is not standardized,and the level of supervision information support is not enough.The main reasons for exploring the problem are that the supervision system of power supply service needs to be perfected,the responsibility system of power supply service supervision post is not in place,and the construction of government supervision and informationization of power supply service needs to be speeded up.In order to find a solution to lanzhou power supply service and government supervision,the government supervision case of power supply service in other cities in China is analyzed and learned from experience,so as to put forward that the measures of government supervision optimization of power supply service in Lanzhou City are mainly to improve public management awareness,strengthen government supervision,improve government supervision process,improve user satisfaction,strengthen the construction of information platform,and realize real-time supervision.The implementation of the government supervision and optimization measures for power supply services in Lanzhou City is mainly to strengthen the service concept,compile a unified standardization process,and deepen the construction of the distribution platform.Lanzhou City power supply service government supervision and optimization measures to implement the guarantee,including providing organizational support,the establishment of a unified regulatory system,strengthen performance appraisal.It is hoped that it can help the optimization of power supply service supervision in Lanzhou and provide a reliable theoretical research basis for the further analysis of power supply service government supervision in the future. |
