The rapid economic development has also brought many environmental problems. In order to achieve the coordinated development of the economy and the environment, international laws have also been proposed for environmental problems. At present,China is currently dealing with more than 3,000 companies in more than 20 industries such as cement and electric power.Pilot projects and set the total carbon emissions.More and more companies are also beginning to transform and develop the "sharing economy" and "low-carbon economy".Under the background of the low-carbon economy, the new energy automobile industry has begun to rise,in order to promote the development of the industry,The government has implemented a series of subsidy policies.Faced with the upcoming full-scale carbon trading, this policy will also have an impact on the supply chain of new energy vehicles.Consumers who prefer lowcarbon products are more concerned about corporate social responsibility, and Chinese companies are gradually paying attention to the issue of social responsibility.Enterprises’ investment in the research and development of new energy vehicle batteries under the subsidy policy and investment in carbon emission reduction technologies under the low-carbon policy are all fulfilling their social responsibilities. This paper constructs a supply chain decision-making model with or without subsidies from the perspective of corporate social responsibility, and studies the impact of subsidies on the sustainable development of the supply chain.Compared with the no-subsidy policy, green subsidies can further improve the manufacturer’s battery research and development level, and can bring more social benefits, and the profits of supply chain members will increase. As the subsidy rate increases, the manufacturer’s profits will decrease, and As a result, the level of social responsibility will be reduced.Under the carbon emission reduction policy, manufacturers reduce carbon emission levels by investing in carbon emission reduction technologies. At this time, manufacturers can reduce carbon emission levels by recycling used power batteries.Compared with the situation where batteries are not recycled, they can be recycled.Batteries can greatly improve the level of carbon emission reduction, but the profits of manufacturers will be significantly reduced, and the profits of retailers, supply chain profits and social welfare will continue to increase. The restriction of higher carbon emission levels is not conducive to the sustainable development of the supply chain. The improvement of corporate social responsibility is conducive to increasing the recycling rate of used batteries and reducing carbon emissions. This paper studies the impact of two different policies on the decision-making of the new energy vehicle supply chain. The analysis finds that whether it is green subsidies or carbon emission reduction policies, supply chain profits, social welfare levels, and retailer profits are constantly increasing.Under the subsidy policy, the profits of supply chain members, social welfare, and supply chain profits are higher.Green subsidies can promote the development of current new energy vehicles, while carbon emission reduction policies can achieve the sustainable development of the automotive industry, but have a higher level of carbon emissions. The restriction will greatly affect the overall profit and social welfare of the supply chain.
