Under the background of urban high-density and intensive development,it is of great significance to improve the space utilization rate of high-rise office buildings.It is a new idea to improve the utilization rate of vertical space in high-rise office buildings to integrate the equipment pipeline in the invalid bearing part of the beam and realize the integration of structural equipment.In addition,the holes also save on building materials such as concrete.Therefore,the design idea of integration of structural equipment has important significance in saving storey height,improving space utilization rate and saving building materials,which conforms to the green concept of sustainable development.However,in actual construction,there are all kinds of special-shaped beam construction technology of existing big problems such as high cost,construction error,make shaped beam can not be widely used in practical engineering,so how to design and construction of special-shaped beam approach to innovation,has become the comprehensive promotion equipment integration structure,save the key to the office floors.This paper studies a set of combined formwork.By combining 11 kinds of external formwork,20 kinds of internal formwork and 6 kinds of plugins,manufacturers can produce 21 kinds of span,5 kinds of stress types,and a total of 90 kinds of prefabricated beams,which can be applied to a variety of plane types and equipment schemes,and can meet the needs of common high-rise office buildings.Promote the application of structural equipment integration from design to construction.The main body of this paper is divided into four parts.Firstly,the special-shaped beams,structural optimization methods,graphic separation and combination and concrete formwork are reviewed to provide methods and tools for design.Then,the typical span and stress type of the beam are summed up.After structural optimization analysis and equipment space combing,the special-shaped beam graph library,which meets both the equipment space requirements and the structure stress requirements,is obtained as the basis of template design.Then,analysis and optimization,using broken line fitting,data analysis and other methods to complete the two-dimensional plane design of the template,and two-dimensional plane design results of three-dimensional conversion and node design,complete the template design;Finally,through the actual project of the renovation design verification and summary.The text of this paper is about 38000 words and 103 tables.
