| With the rise of our economic construction,the land resources showed a decreasing trend year by year,more and more high-rise office buildings come into our lives,witch own equipment monitoring system as the central system of high-rise office buildings with high efficiency and humanity.It provides an opportunity for the intelligent development of high-rise office buildings,combining with the emergence of Internet of things,big data,cloud computing and other technologies.In this paper,the design optimization of high-rise office building equipment monitoring system is carried out,the main work is as follows:First of all,it describes the current situation of building equipment monitoring system at domestic and international,and summarizes the limitations of the current high-rise office building equipment monitoring system.Based on a high-rise office building project,this paper introduces the general situation of the project construction,and studies the equipment monitoring system of the high-rise office building.Secondly,in view of the limitations of the high-rise office building equipment monitoring system,this paper analyzes the requirements of the system,rebuilds a set of system architecture based on the Internet of things,and realizes the decentralized control and centralized management of the equipment.The characteristics of the construction equipment monitoring system of the high-rise office building at present are analyzed,each functional subsystem is divided according to the control requirements,and a practical overall optimization design scheme is proposed.Thirdly,the main functional subsystems of the monitoring system of high-rise office buildings,such as environment monitoring system,air conditioning system,lighting system,elevator group control system,water supply and drainage system,are designed.Combined with the control algorithm and control strategy,optimize the function of the subsystem,and give the key technology.In the aspect of unit control,the multi parameter decoupling control optimization of air-conditioning system is studied,the mathematical model is established,and the variable matching is determined.Using feedforward compensation decoupling method to design decoupling controller and MATLAB Simulink software to carry out object simulation research,which plays a certain role in the rapid response,energy saving optimization and other aspects of the air conditioning system.In the aspect of elevator group control,aiming at the long waiting elevator problem existing in the traditional elevator group control mode when the passenger flow changes dramatically,a multi-objective scheduling algorithm is designed to realize the control of elevator group,and a matlab elevator group control system simulation platform is built.The elevator group control algorithm is studied and discussed to a certain extent by combining the theory with the actual test,It has practical engineering significance.Finally,taking the high-rise office building as the engineering background,the paper further demonstrates and applies the optimized design scheme.The software and hardware of the system are developed,the control system selection and communication design are carried out,the system software is developed,the web-based software platform is built,and a good human-computer interface is designed,the information management and equipment monitoring of high-rise office building equipment are carried out,and the service-oriented management,monitoring and other functions of the building equipment monitoring system are realized. |
