In recent years,super high-rise buildings have developed rapidly,and their structural forms have become more complex,which poses new challenges to construction technology and management.Especially for super-high-rise concrete shear wall structures with unconventional design,traditional formwork systems often can not meet construction requirements,while hydraulic climbing formwork systems have stronger adaptability,easier construction operation,shorter construction period and good economic benefits.Therefore,it is more and more widely used in high-rise building construction.In order to improve the applicability of hydraulic climbing formwork system on the super high-rise concrete special-shaped shear wall,based on the existing research results,the hydraulic climbing formwork system of super high-rise concrete special-shaped shear wall is optimized by starting with the analysis of the basic methods of selection,design,installation,use and removal of the hydraulic climbing-form system and combining the structural stress calculation and analysis.Contents mainly include:(1)By analyzing the basic system of hydraulic climbing formwork and combining the structural characteristics of actual project,the inner wall of core cylinder is masonry wall.Therefore,the feasibility analysis is carried out on the layout scheme of hydraulic climbing formwork from four aspects: climbing formwork process characteristics,project cost,construction period and construction convenience of masonry structure,and the most suitable construction scheme is selected.(2)Finite element model is established by using 3D3 S software to carry out condition analysis and structural checking of climbing formwork frame,so as to ensure the feasibility and safety of hydraulic climbing formwork system in construction of special-shaped shear wall.(3)In order to ensure that the formwork of hydraulic climbing formwork system can meet the construction quality requirements of continuous circular-arc shear wall concrete,a representative section of special-shaped shear wall is selected for 1:1 full-scale model test,and the formwork is optimized according to the test results,thus improving the appearance of shear wall concrete and the alignment quality of special-shaped external elevation.(4)The standard floor and special floor are selected to study and the embedded parts system is optimized in detail to avoid the damage of the concrete surface of the outer wall at this location.(5)In order to solve the collision problem between the hydraulic climbing formwork system and attached wall of attached tower crane during climbing process,the crash simulation and analysis were carried out with CAD and BIM technology,and the hydraulic climbing form frame was optimized with relevant measures.(6)Quantitative analysis is carried out on the weight of the climbing frame unit that is lifted during the removal of the climbing form,the distance between the lifting point and the tower crane,and the actual maximum lifting weight of the tower crane at the corresponding lifting point.The removal construction process is optimized and the removal safety is guaranteed.This paper aims at the difficult problems in practical engineering.The hydraulic climbing form system of super high-rise concrete special-shaped shear wall structure is optimized to improve the working performance and applicability of hydraulic climbing formwork,and provide reference for similar special-shaped shear wall climbing formwork construction.
