Abstract/Summary:
With the acceleration of stone industry structure adjustment, the stone industry in our country is carrying out a series of reforms including resource integration, product upgrading, and so on. At the same time, stone companies change their production patterns to multi-variety, small-batch and order form trends. This paper applies combined machining technology in stone processing to carry on a systematic study.By using group technology, machining unit for stone products which includes product family and equipment family can be researched. From the perspective of process similarity, product family for special shaped stone products with product flow analysis method is established. According to the correlation between all the equipments, the equipment family can be established which constitutes the machining unit with product family. Then the problem that the layout of special shaped stone products on the work table is researched, according to the surplus rectangular algorithm.By studying on features of stone products, the feature process is drawn. Combining digraph and matrix methods together the sequence among all the feature process can be determined. Then constitute a whole process route. Taking cost, quality, efficiency and profit as targets, a multi-objective process planning for stone products is established and a mathematics model for processing planning is created by analytic hierarchy process and the importance among evaluation indexes is determined by weighting algorithm.According to the stone products market demands, the function and parameters for combined equipment can be determined. Following the modular designing principals, combined machining equipment function model for stone products is designed and the overall plan can also be projected. Analyze the mechanical properties of rotary table spindle and take the results as theoretical basis for its structure design.Take combined machining center as equipment, disc circular saw blade as tool and stone board as cutting object for an experiment. Through theoretical analysis and calculation, based on experiments, we get the relationship between the appropriate cutting radius and the cutting depth, as well as the relationship between the reasonable cutting radius and the structure size of disc circular saw blade.
