In recent years,the problem of aging in China has become increasingly serious,and elderly people living in retirement care institutions have become the current trend.Therefore,the contradiction between rigid demand and insufficient supply of elderly people who are staying in retirement care institutions has become a major challenge for the elderly care industry in China.As an effective attempt to solve this problem,the "medicine-assimilation" pension institution is in an evolving stage.However,at present,the development of high-end pension in China is rapid,and the development of the middle-and-low-end pension industry is slow.The combination of medical care and pension mode is a special old-age care model in China,which is similar to the concept of long-term care in foreign countries.It focuses on the coexistence of aging and health problems such as longer life,disease-free survival,and sickly aging.phenomenon.To improve the rational allocation of medical resources,achieve fair medical treatment,and improve medical efficiency,in addition to providing basic care and nursing services for the elderly,it also provides emergency services such as emergency treatment and postoperative rehabilitation for the elderly to provide comfortable and safe living for the elderly.surroundings.The article analyzes the current situation of aging in China and the status quo of China’s pension industry,summarizes the relevant policies and norms for the introduction of population aging in China,analyzes the characteristics and needs of the elderly physical functions,and clearly points out that the combination of medical care and pension is implemented in China.Necessity and medical care in China combine the characteristics of the pension model.Field research on a number of old-age care institutions in Shanghai,Jinan,andQingdao has focused on research and analysis of nursing home institutions that have conducted combined medical and nursing services,and summed up four forms of the“medical care and support” pension model.The representative cases were selected from the aspects of site selection,medical function allocation,functional space layout,etc.,and the institutions were analyzed and summarized,and the existing problems in the current stage of the medical care and support combined pension institution building were summarized.Analyze the service flow,spatial organization relationship,and elderly people’s needs of different forms of medical care and support pensions.Based on the problems found in the investigation,we propose the design recommendations of the combination of medical care and retirement care at the architectural design level.Elderly people who take care of different body functions and conditions to meet the psychological needs of the elderly are the main objectives,from site selection,overall planning and layout,allocation of medical resources,layout of building space,and type space organization(care units,elderly homes,etc.)A number of levels,such as the shaping of suitable aging medical space environment,propose practical and feasible design suggestions for different manifestations and physical functions of the elderly in different age groups.To explore the methods of architectural design for the combination of medical care and support for the elderly in accordance with China’s national conditions,and to promote the development of middle and low end pension institutions in China.At the end of the article,special design practice was carried out.The theoretical results were applied to architectural design.They were dedicated to improving the quality of life of the elderly and providing them with a comfortable living environment.At the same time,they improved the service efficiency of the nursing staff,reduced the operating costs of the buildings,and realized the elderly.People’s all-round services and guarantees.
